Great service there, fair pricing

Traction is a great place to buy HD parts and tools. Their service is however poor. Several different occasions I called and got past back and forward between employees while on hold. They need to improve their phone system.

The part I needed was no where to be found but through a lot of cross referencing they found my solution when no one else would put in the effort. Thanks guys!

Found the customer service of one employee to be completely unprofessional. Was talked own to and very rude. Would not recommend going here.

HiI was extremely disappointed from this location Traction Heavy duties parts 18051 111ave NW Edmonton . As I had been called them for accuride aluminum wheels model 41644 XP price .Then they replied it is $ 159.70 on sale. I was at work at that time and then they said you can get it by tomorrow. It will be same price as well. Next day, I left my work early for that deal. When ,I went up there, assistant manager braine was so rude and refused to gave me deal because deal was gone. I explained him that I already call before come and confirmed that deal was same. They waste my time just for that. They didnot stayed their words. I will never come this location and never recommend this store to anyone.

Picked some parts for a friend as I had never been there. Not much to attract new business, limited stock, moderate price.

I hate to leave a so so review, but I deal with a lot of parts counters, and Traction just seems to come up short every time. I've dealt with one guy who was angry and annoyed that I called his location when I was closer to another location... I'm coming to pick it up... who cares. Trying to work with him to find the part was a chore. Called recently and was told unless I had a part number for a rotor, they can't help me search for it. Ends up I got the rotor from NAPA. For an F800. They searched it for me. $225 later, NAPA still has our business.
