As my new next door neighbour at 1247 Grandview since 2017I have asked Darcy to help out on some small plumbing chores without even a reply. I can’t imagine ever wanting to hire a person of such ill repute.His complete disregard for people property and common courtesy is beyond acceptable. We share a driveway that I built and he commandeered with criticism in the beginning, since then his new home property is littered with left over junk from his enterprise including a rusty left over used van & who hoards materials on site. He has discarded his green waste into 14th St bushes which I maintain & ask him to stop doing to the point of being bullied.He’s argumentative disagreeable & superiority complex is unacceptable as a neighbour, as a professional and as a humanSincerely,Rae Gaylie
