Update: Before finding a way to contact them directly, I was unaware that they started making pasta sauce on request and were solely a pasta service before. I have been contacted with some of this knowledge and an earnest request for more information so they could help, and they have been more than kind with their responses despite some of my rash and upset demeanor. Great food and great support, and they have tried a few options in production that seem to be attempting to address my concerns.Original: Purchased frozen Alfredo sauce in a box and it was veryy sloppily packed before frozen. The bags were haphazardly tossed into the box and froze tetrised together in such a way that you need to completely thaw it to get any 1 individual bag out, or that the bags tear at each other as you separate them causing many holes in the bags.Edit: moved Update to the top so my current opinions are the ones front and center.

Best frozen pasta available on the market and it's made right here in Lethbridge with all natural ingredients. They produce the best gnocchi I've ever had a pleasure to eat, soft and tasty, no matter what sauce you pair it with!

I have enjoyed many of the Let's Pasta ravioli and tortellini products for a few years now. The Butternut squash ravioli is a favourite - generous filling and amazing taste. Highly recommended!

Always like to support local Alberta businesses. Even better is when that local business supports local suppliers. My favorite product is their gnocchi and strascinati sauce! Yum!

Purchased their Rosemary Tortellini from the frozen isle at my local grocery store. Half the Tortellini filling's were bad, tasted off and inconsistent between pieces. This is unacceptable for frozen pasta especially never having this problem with the fresh Tortellini brand names. Stomach pain and major gas the following day for the entire household. Never again will we buy local artisan filled pasta. It's not worth it. Batch 200069.

Exceptional pasta! Ideal for anyone with discerning taste. Taste the freshness in every bite, especially the lobster shrimp & lemon ravioli. A huge step above any frozen pasta brand! And they support local Canadian farmers. Highly recommended.

We have been purchasing fresh Pasta products from these folks for the last 4 years, including Penne, Gnocchi and Linguini. Also Lasagna sheets and occasionally feature products. Our annual purchases exceed 200k per year.While we could extrude our own Pasta, this exceptional company has been mastering Pasta production using only local ingredients for over 20 years. Rocco and Tony are just a call away and have helped us on many occasions delivering product themselves if we have fallen short.On the extremely rare occasion were there has been a challenge with the consistency of their product it has been replaced with one phone call and at no expense to the Restaurant. It is my belief that anytime we can support a local company, that supports local farms, who can provide a superior product than we could produce ourselves we would be silly not to do so.Relying on their product allows more time for us to cook the balance of our menu from scratch with a highly trained team of Red Seal Chefs. Let's Pasta is an amazing, locally produced, pasta brand based in Lethbridge. I've tried numerous versions of their ravioli and the taste and quality is always top notch.You can taste the difference in their product due to their better for you ingredients. No artificial flavours, preservatives, or fillers are used, and the resulting quality speaks for itself.I'm grateful that I'm able to find this product quite readily at a variety of local grocers.Paired with a quality pasta sauce, you can have a meal for a family of 4 for less than $15, which is simply amazing.

The Lobster Ravioli is amazing!! I love that I can find their frozen pasta and sauce products at all of my hometown grocery stores. Exceptional quality from a local business!!

I met the owner of Let's Pasta at my local grocery store giving out samples. I was impressed to see the owner had come out from Lethbridge to do this, and with the quality of the product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. It is easy to taste the difference between this and other products I have been eating recently. Besides tasting great, lacking fillers, it is also filling and healthy. I had the pasta I purchased with a balsamic glaze like the owner had provided when sampling. You may be able to find cheaper pasta, but the price was fair, and not inflated as is the case with some other brands. I hope to see more products like this at my local grocery store.
