Great professional service. Punctual, reasonable cost, and nice spaceous limo..

Worst experience of my life… i rented a limo for my wedding day and ended up very angry and almost in tears. The information provided at the time of the reservation/deposit was very different than on the actual day. The length of time I had the limo for, the driver I was supposed to have, the limo was not the one we wanted and we had no champagne as indicated in the “contract”. Someone from the company called me as I’m trying to get dressed and ready for my wedding to practically well at me saying that I was screwing up her schedule and that I needed to get in limo and leave NOW. The driver drove way too fast, we were all sweating in our dresses because it was so hot and last but not least the driver dropped us off right there for all my guest to see us before the ceremony. No class, no professionalism… who wells at a bride getting ready for her big moment. I don’t recommend this limo company to anyone. Very very very bad service.

This might be long but please read if you want to save yourself from ruining your wedding day with this company! I didn’t want to have to do this but I’ve contacted Vanessa over a week ago about my experience with them and her only response was to cut me off, yell at me and tell me she’ll call me back when she’s in the office! Still waiting to hear backIf you want a dirty, late, no ac, terrible service limo book liberty!To start off, I was in contact with Vanessa regarding booking 2 limos for my wedding. She was terrible at responding would take way too long and would only answer half my email.On day of the wedding I had 2 limos booked both limos showed up late. So evidently we were late to our ceremony. On top of that, the limo has no ac! When mentioned to Vanessa she just yelled and said it does have ac but from my experience her driver would tell you otherwise. She went further to say that I wouldn’t know about AC’s since we were a big group on a hot summer day, that we wouldn’t feel the AC. Having been in lots of limos I can speak from experience and say what Vanessa is saying is bull!The limo was also not clean. Dirty windows, empty alcohol cans which only tells me that they do not properly clean and disinfect between each service… not something you want to see during a pandemic. When mentioned this to Vanessa on our call her only response was you should’ve called me on that day when you saw it… If there’s a bride out there that carries her phone on her at her wedding day please let me know!Another issue we had was we asked for a 14 passenger limo. During my emails with Vanessa I kept asking her to come visit the limo and she would just ignore that message. On the way of the wedding the 14 passenger limo was more fitted for 10 people so some of us were sitting on the floor!Finally, after our last stop during taking our pictures, the driver kept trying to rush us because he was going to be late for the next booking after us. How does that work, they were late from the beginning and now I had to rush when it was still during my booked time!Clearly Vanessa OVERBOOKS her drivers, the driver straight up told us that but Vanessa being the terrible customer service she is, denies it.So take it from a newlywed bride who used them on her wedding day… spend your money elsewhere so you don’t ruin your wedding day with this terrible company!

Amazing! Alain (our driver) was the best and we had a blast touring around Ottawa and Gatineau. A wonderful experience overall. The booking was easy and clear. I 100% recommend.

What's better than spending your hard earned cash on a limo ride with no AC on a hot summer day? Imagine having to deal with this on your way to a wedding venue with full makeup... Also what kind of business thinks it's ok to do that to their customer with no prior notification?Not professional and no confirmation or pick up notification. You're expected to pay and pray.Could've gone with Uber, a regular taxi, or rented a car for a fraction of the price and had a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Exceptional, fun, punctual, responsive and knowledgeable service. The limo was immaculate; clean and fully equipped. Great sound system. Company was open to us enjoying pizza and champagne. Highly recommend.

We booked a limo from liberty for my sons Prom. The booking experience was great. The owner was patient and kind as I worked through my questions (and I had many). They were understanding and accomodating when we needed to change the drop off location due to a last minute venue change. The driver was exceptional. The car itself was perfect - clean and well maintained. The kids had a great ride and the limo helped make the night so special. Overall great service, great prices and would highly recommend.

We used Liberty Limo services for our daughters sweet 16 birthday bash. Our experience with them was superb. Very professional. Driver was amazing and he was on time. The whole process of booking was simple and easy. Thank you Liberty limo for amazing experience and making my daughter's day so special.

Would absolutely hire this company again in a heartbeat. The driver was actually early and exactly where we requested pick up, he was so patient and respectful with our group of young men, he brought them to every location they requested keeping them entertained for 5 hours, and they upgraded our ride to the HUMMER! Such a great experience, the boys will remember this evening for the rest of their lives. Thank you Liberty Limousine!

We had some serious issues getting a hold of people at this company's office trying to confirm whether or not they could accomodate a time change in our original booking. We waited for 3 weeks and left numerous phone calls that were left unanswered until it got to the point that we had to make alternate arrangements.At the end of the day, the owner of the company stepped in and did what he could. He gave us our deposit back and made sure that we left somewhat happy. He was legitimately concerned that we were upset and went out of his way to try and make things right. It was too little, too late but we were pleased that he made the effort.
