Canadian Tire

I recently visited Canadian Tire at Main in North Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store. Although it's not a big location, it had everything I needed and was easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience more enjoyable. While it may not be a busy location, I appreciate the convenience of being able to quickly pop in and out without any crowds.

Initially I had problems ordering a red tea whistling tea kettle online at the Canadian Tire Website, and then phoned the Main Street store in North Vancouver to arrange for pick up, because there were only 2 kettles left on the shelf. I spoke with Hammad, and he was so helpful and very polite, explaining all he was going to do; then put me on hold momentarily to locate the kettle. When he returned, he informed me that he did put the kettle on hold, and I went that same evening to pick it up. I was so grateful for all of his help, and Hammad has proven to be such a good Customer Service Associate. Thank you Hammad!

Good service, the item was not on the self. It was a sale item and I wanted it , I was starting to stress. But customer service called a stocker and he got it quickly. I was happy, I didn't want to drive anywhere else.

This place has everything you need for Summer activities and some! From gardening to camping, I buy all my gear/equipment from this store - what a wonderful selection they have. The Christmas lights are always in stock at this location too. Amazing stuff CT!!!!

Simply put: do not go here for auto service. They may destroy your property and refuse to compensate you for it.I took my car in for an off-rim tire change in fall 2022; at the end of the season, I took my car in to an unrelated service centre to have the summer tires put back on. Staff at the third party service centre told me that my summer tires had been destroyed by the machine used to take the tires off the rims, and were no longer safe.I contacted the service centre at Canadian Tire, and the person I spoke to initially tried to deny responsibility, before conceding that the machine was the only possible way this type of damage could occur. I took my tires in, and the personnel tried to tell me that all four tires were safe -- which was clearly untrue, as warnings had been given by the third party service station (from a technician who did not, at any point, try to upsell me on new tires).Canadian Tire refused to reimburse me for the damage they caused. Eventually, I got them to agree to a partial discount for one tire (the one with the worst damage). I took my car into another place to install the tires, and was advised that it was not possible to replace only one tire without throwing off the alignment (staff at this service centre had advised me to the contrary).In short, I made the mistake of taking my car into this location for simple service on one occasion, and I will not be making it again. It is unthinkable to me that people would destroy property and then weasel out of payment, including by advising customers to operate vehicles in an unsafe manner in order to avoid providing compensation for damage. Shameful location, shameful management.

Canadian Tire in Park and Telford is my favourite location, the store is big, clean and bright. It’s very beautiful during the Christmas time. The photos taken are from the Black Friday, it was busy but not too busy.

I don’t usually write review but I got couple of huge things from seasonal department, Seasonal guy (Ali) helped me to find it and after purchasing he helped me to put those heavy products in my car, also he organized my trunk to not coming back again to pickup my stuff. If you want something from seasonal section he’s the guy.

Always some really good deals here to be had, But watch out for items marked up to a ridiculous amount , then put on sale to make it look like your getting a deal... Still I would say it's about seventy five percent trustworthy, And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am extremely satisfied with shopping at the Canadian Tire. With my Canadian Tire mastercard I gather reward points and use them to make my purchases at the store or online. The staff are friendly, and the store has always been well well-organized and well-maintained which make it easy and quick to find the products I need anytime I visit a store. Thank you.

Staff was very unfriendly and could not understand the return policy of faulty product then proceeded to make me feel intimidated by the stance of the staff members. Not only this but then I was forced to accept a store credit with an expiry date, for the goods I was trying to warranty. It was for a bike rack with hardened securing straps. I could not secure a bike to it by any means. The supervisor agreed it was faulty but would only offer the credit.
