OK Tire

Nice they gave me a service car while waiting for parts. Not nice to be overcharged when I've been a mechanic for 45yrs and know flat rate charges.

Got my car work done quick. Great service!!

They were able to get me in quickly for a tire repair and was good customer service. I was there years ago also for a tire repair. I will continue to go back when I am in need of their service and would recommend.

I had made an appointment to have my winter tires put on. The people at the front desk were very friendly and my vehicle was finished quicker than expected. They were able to answer any questions I had and even provided me with a quote for potential future work.

In the past I’ve had good service here but recently I had new ball joints put in my truck. I would not recommend getting any heavy duty pickups used for fleet work or any vehicles worked on here at all! After putting on roughly 20,000km on the new Napa ball joints my steering was still super stiff and the truck has memory steer. You’re constantly fighting with the steering. They said they can’t do anything for me as there is nothing physically wrong with the parts. I’ve owned this truck since new and it’s never driven this poorly until I got these new ball joints installed. The truck drove better with the worn out parts then it does now. I own multiple vehicles and have had lots of ball joints replaced over the years on them and they have never driven worse after getting new ball joints installed like this truck does now.I would not recommend getting any mechanical work done on heavy duty pickups used for fleet work or any vehicle what so ever.

Showed up for my appointment where I was greeted by Andrew and his team. They jumped right into the job and had my tires replaced in no time.If your looking for friendly, fast and efficient service, this is the place to go! I’ll won’t hesitate to use or recommend their service again!!

Never had better service in my life. Came in with what I thought was a leak in my tire. Turns out my tire was destroyed. John and the service team absolutely helped me out big time by getting me a tire on my car to get it home as I leave for vacation in 2 days and didn't have time to get 4 new tires. John and the team went way above and beyond to help out my situation.I'm 100000% coming back to get 4 new tires that are needed from John and the team at OK Tire. Would recommend them to anybody in Chilliwack.

Hello,Thank you for your quick response to my review below! To clarify, it was not for the wrong store and I did show my two invoices to Customer Service for this at the time. The invoice numbers are 140378 & 136304. I totally understand if there is billing/invoice confusion, my concern however was the unwillingness to resolve the situation.Thank youOver many years our family has purchased multiple sets of tires as well as had mechanical work done on our vehicles - Service has always been very good. However, our recent experience unfortunately was not! After bringing one of our cars in for a routine tire repair & oil change we were provided with a list of additional services that were needed as a result of their inspection. Based on their recommendation, I said yes to a Coolant System Flush as it was of a more urgent nature. Unknown to me, when I checked my recent invoices a day later I noticed that they already provided the identical Coolant System Flush the last time I was in 10 months prior! To my understanding, this is something that is required approximately every five years. When I brought this to their attention I was basically given the there's nothing we can do" explanation. I pushed further and they had a technician come out a tell me that there must have been a leak or something and stated again that there's nothing they could do. The reason for this poor rating is - Why wasn't this noticed before they charged me another $226.10 plus taxes??? If there was in fact a leak or something I wish they would have told me prior

I recently had my car serviced here and I have to say, they are great and so helpful. I called 2 weeks ago and Andrew answered the phone and scheduled me in; he was friendly upon answering the phone and then thanked me pre-emptively for getting service done with them. I walked in yesterday and I was greeted by my name and they had a quote ready for me to sign off on so I was prepared for what I had to pay. I was also given their loner vehicle to bum around in for the morning which was not expected but appreciated. I had a wheel alignment done as my steering wheel was veering to the left and they readjusted that for me and it no longer pulls to the left. I also got a complimentary cookie when I left and they thanked me for my service. They also called me and asked about some other details that could be changed but I declined; I am thankful that they checked with me before assuming I would say yes to extra service. Overall, I will be going back in the future for service again.

Really good. Did what I requested. Called to confirm repairs and asked permission on changes. Told me what to expect in maintaining the vehicle coming up. Happy with the work they did.
