Awesome friendly staff. The guy who helped us today was so helpful. Helped us get ready for canskate. Helmet and skates fitting. Will go here from now on. The skates were molded for her feet. Wouldnt get that at walmart or canadian tire.Can i give 10 stars?

Nobody chose to help myself as I stood at skate rack, assumed needed an appointment so after prob 10 minutes left to Pro Hockey Life and skates are being heated up currently. Went to pro skate for assumed great service and left due to no service or wven a word spoken.

100%, one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. Tristan helped us out. His attention was solely on us and his knowledge of the gear was second to none. My son is now fitted perfectly into his skates. Do not hesitate to head to this store for all of your hockey gear needs.

I had my goalie skates sharpened here but unfortunately the edges were not level and I had to get them re-done at another place. It was so bad that the toe to mid part of the blade on both skates was much duller than the mid to heel causing a lot of problems on the ice. Sadly it wouldn't be worth my time and gas to go back and complain as I'm on the other end of the city. After getting them corrected at another place I've had zero issues with my skates after several games. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Great shop. I've been going to Pro-skate for 20+ years. Their knowledge is second to none. Consistent sharpening. The staff are very personable and enthusiastic.
