The pharmacy team there is completely unprofessional. Arguments with customers and using profanity when dealing with them. Tossing prescription to customers when angry.

Review is for the pharmacy. Do not waste your time. I have gone to this pharmacy for years and it’s gotten worse and worse. I will be switching now. They will forget and ignore your prescriptions no matter how many times you phone or go in person. I have never received such inappropriate attitude as I have at this pharmacy. Prescriptions seem to be a huge inconvenience for them to fill-Even though it’s the sole purpose of the department. I have missed multiple doses because of them, and on multiple occasions. They will make you feel bad for coming in and your health does not seem to be a priority.

Today they gave out free water because it was so hot out! I have seen a doggie water dish by the front door and appreciate their concern for our furry friends. I have gone to this pharmacy for 3 years. Sometimes my prescriptions take a little more time but the pharmacist is very attentive and is careful to explain how to use the drugs. He has gone out of his way to provide extra service and I appreciate it.

My 1 star review is only for the pharmacy, the rest of the store seems great .My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for the last 4 years. Almost every visit we encounter a problem here. Lost or stolen prescriptions , having to go back multiple times to collect filled prescriptions after a given time line, stock issues and having to constantly call them about faxed in prescriptions.My most recent experience involved me dropping off a prescription at 12:30 ,was told it would be a half hour wait. Seemed busy at the time so I said I would be back after 5pm. Returned at almost 6 pm. After waiting in the pick-up line for 20 minutes they couldn't find the prescription but found the paperwork for it . It had not been filled. They said it would be a half hour. I said I would return the following day. Returned the next day at 3:30pm , they looked all over for the prescription again and found it not filled again. Waited for 15 minutes while they filled it. We will not be returning to this pharmacy again. Enough is enough.

Had a great experience getting my flu shot here - booked online using the Provincial system, was greeted very quickly when I arrived and was checked in lightning fast by the pharmacist. The pharmacist who administered my vaccine was amazing - excellent technique, I didn't even feel the needle!

Most of the employees are OK but I had a bad experience today checking out as the cashier was more interested in speaking to a co-worker than helping me out. But my low rating comes from the fact that I tried to return an item last week and the computer system was taking forever to process the transaction. This was normal according to the cashier. After ten minutes the cashier offered me a refund in the form of a gift card which I reluctantly accepted. A message to the owner: fix your old computer system so that your employees can do their jobs. This is completely unacceptable in this day and age.

The owner/pharmacist here is amazing and always super helpful. Saved me a visit to the walk in clinic today (saturday). I’ve been experiencing swelling and discomfort in my eye for 3 days and wanted some quick relief without waiting hours at a clinic. He was able to assess and prescribe me a medication and recommended an eye wash. It was very busy and he was the only one on staff and still took the time to speak with me and offer help.

Closes at 8pm on Weekends.There’s a sign on the door but not updated on here, I had a bad sun burn and NEEDED aloe. I arrived at 8:01 as they closed the door and the girl refused entry.Otherwise the makeup Center is good

The business should probably put the post office hours on Google maps or on their website if they're going to close the post office hours before the rest of the store. When I worked for shoppers all of the departments closed at the same time.The website just says post office hours may vary. That doesn't help. And when you call the store and listen to all of the prompts all it says is the store closes at 10 p.m. No option to hear post office hours. And nobody answers the phone. I called for hours.Shoppers literally has a web page for each location. It tells you the owner's name and their email and the store hours etc. Why not squeeze the post office hours in there for those of us going out of our way to seek the hours? I checked Google maps, I checked the web page, I called and listened to all the options, and I tried to get through at the post office for hours. No one was able to tell me when they close. Why is this so difficult?

Was told my prescription would take 2-3 days. Called on the 3rd day, wasn't ready, was told rudely that I wouldn't have been told 2-3 days. It would take 5-6 days, called on the 6th day, and it still wasn't ready. Was pretty much told it is what it is. My poor infant has been suffering. Don't waste your time here.
