Coronation Pain Clinic

I've been going here since October 2010 thank God for Dr Carle I wouldn't be walking I'm great now.

Well the injections help for sure and doctors were great until today. I had been noticing that the floors weren't being cleaned no sweeping no moping so obviously no sanitizing WHAT IN A MEDICAL FACILITY DURING COVID 19!!!!So i mentioned it politely OMG the doctor got instantly angry told me to leave yes thats right without my back injections HOLY MOLY i couldn't believe it. So i left didn't cause a scene or get into a yelling match I found it rather funny that he reacted that way. The more i thought about it on the way home the more i realized that I'm glad they didn't inject me in the back because obviously the place is not clean not upto medical standards. I plan on taking this as far as i can because there's one thing I've learnt everyone answers to someone!Kevin Rayko

I've (unfortunately) had many cortizone shots over the course of the past 5 yrs (knees, shoulder, back) but this place is pathetic beyond belief. I knew something was wrong the minute I walked in......NOBODY in the waiting area. Every other place the waiting area is packed. Snarly reception people followed by doctors (?) who ask YOU what YOU want done. THEY have the specialist's requisition and copies of the MRI / x-rays. Asian female gave me a shot totally outside of where I'd ever been given one before. FORCED the cortizone in way too fast and totally careless pulling the needle out hitting nerves/muscles causing my leg to flail out wildly. Hurt like crazy. Had the audacity to tell me that my leg flailing like that could be dangerous! Felt my UPPER back burning all evening with zero effect in my lower back where the shot was intended.I was reluctant to attend shot two scheduled a week later. Different doctor scheduled so I figured ok. This guy seemed not to know what to do either so I left without getting the shot and made an appointment at MIC where I'd always gone before.

Absolutely amazing Doctors, great front end staff, I have been going there for years, and honestly would be at a great loss if I somehow could no longer go...

I did not have a positive experience here a few years ago (September 2018). It was not first time getting a shot in my lumbar spine. The female doctor performed the treatment very quickly and left me in a lot of pain for a few days. Additionally, it did not help my pain in back or legs. I went for another in Fort McMurray and the doctor that did that one hit the mark. It took him at least 4 times as long and the results for the back pain were great (for a while anyways).It was a weird clinic that's for sure. I followed up with my GP letting him know that my experience was not positive.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISIT TO THE CORONATION PAIN CLINIC AND IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE FRONT COUNTER STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I ALSO GOT IN QUICKLY AND WAS SEEN BY DR. NADEAU, WHO WAS VERY KIND AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT MY PAIN RELIEF OPTIONS WERE, AND HOW THE PROCEDURE CHOSEN WOULD BE DONE. IT WAS ALL BUT PAINLESS, AND DURING THE PROCEDURE I WAS TOLD AT EACH STEP WHAT WAS HAPPENING, AND EVERY CARE WAS TAKEN FOR MY COMFORT. VERY IMPRESSED !

Staff is professional, Dr's are methodical and thorough with my shots. I've yet to have a bad experience, or an experience that is of poorer quality than other clinics. I think that their performance is above the industry standard. I'd definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I'm looking into booking an appointment if at all possible. I currently suffer from Fibromyalgia and need some information and possible treatment for the new symptoms and understanding ways to deal with the chronic pain.Thank you.

I’ve been receiving ongoing care at this clinic since 2014 and I definitely recommend it. The doctors here are fantastic and the front end staff is absolutely wonderful!

Over the years this place takes away most of my pain. I have always been treated good by staff and doctor! I thank you.
