She was so informative and sweet, and made the experience so enjoyable. I went to Sincerely Three for some laser hair removal treatments. I initially contacted them through their Instagram page - they have awesome giveaways, promos & info! Kiran quickly got in touch with me via email & addressed all my concerns, as well as sent me all the waivers and additional info prior to my appointment in case I had any questions.The studio is beautiful, clean, & inviting. Kiran took the time to show me how the hair removal treatment would work & answered my endless number of questions, without making me feel rushed. I was curious about the other treatments that they offer, & she took the time to explain those while at my appointment. The laser hair removal treatment was pain free & was quite relaxing.Kiran followed up with me the soon after my first appointment to see how I was feeling, & sent me all the information/pricing for other treatments that I’ll be getting. I switched to Sincerely three med spa for all my laser needs a few months ago and have had the best experience and results thus far. Kiran is very knowledgeable, and my treatments have been seamless, painless, and very comfortable. Will not be going anywhere else for laser!
