I just graduated a course for the Army Reserves and needed my cap badge sewn on my beret. I called Monday morning and asked for an apt (Covid 19 times) and it wasn't necessary. I then dropped off my beret a few mins later and picked it up the same day. Greeted quickly with a smile and fantastic work. I can't wait to bring in my full uniform so she can sew on my military patches/ranks. Will return again. Responsive, Professional, Quality work. 5 stars.

I brought my hundred dollar work pants there to het hemmed. When she pinned the hem, I was concerned about the length and explained to her that I didnt wash them yet as I just bought them. She explained that they would sit nicely on my work boots. I am not a seamstress hence why I went there, however I tried to express my opinion to her to create dialog and she reassured me that that is how she hems all work pants. I wore them to work and when I would sit or bend down they would rise above my boot up my shin and get caught and snow and cold air got in them. After my shift I went to show her my issue and she blamed it on me. She told me 1) I should have washed them before going there (which I explained during my first visit) and 2) I wasnt wearing my work boots during the hemming ( when your instructed to remove your footwear when trying stuff on in the changeroom.) I told her when I returned to show her my unwashed still brand new work pants wearing them, about my issue with the pants that I usually wear a 32 inch length leg. She said I should have told her that when I dropped them off and in the same breath she refused to believe that I wore a 32 inch leg.... It seems this lady blamed everything on me and did not accept any responsibility for the unhappy outcome I received. She said to bring them back and she would take the hem out, but I would have to pay again. Unfortunately she cut too much and there is not enough to make the proper length now. That is when she told me that she could add material and that procedure is called a false hem" but that too would get caught in my boots. Seems this lady likes to be quick to take your money and then be open to detailed dialog when its too late. I am very unhappy with the service and will not be returning."

This woman was incredibly rude and could not grasp the idea of sewing lace sleeves onto a strapless dress to give it sleeves. She was sarcastic and raised her voice which was completely unnecessary. She basically said that it was a stupid idea. We didn't call to get her opinion on how we wanted our bridesmaids dresses or to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.

I brought my dress here to get altered, I'm not big in the chest, but the dress was made for a big bust, so I needed it taken in. She completely ruined my dress but taking in to much, and changing the complete shape of my dress, and she blamed me for it not fitting right, saying I gained to much weight in stomach and somehow lost extra weight in my bust, I will never go here again. She was rude, lied and made me feel so ashamed of my body. 0 stars for this lady!

I bought a used leather jacket to Superior Tailoring in Sudbury and WOW, the stitching is meticulously done. I am very, very pleased. Would definitely deal with this company again!!!
