This is one of the worst kept buildings in Toronto. Very often there is no water or heat. The grounds are messy, the residents leave their dogs' poop in the grass right in front and back of the building. They pile their garbage in the chute room and basement/garage. Many units have roaches, mice, bed bugs, you name it. The balconies look like fire hazards. Owners are trying to get rid of their properties for under $60,000 but that's still way too much to live in a dump.

It was my first time going there to deliver for Amazon and I never seen a building as dirty as this one it smelled so bad that I was going to puke. in the elevator the numbers are so weird and so dark I thought I would get stuck in there for days I hope to god i never go there again when I got home I puked cuz the smell stuck with me who ever designed the building boy what was in your mind idk how people live in there
