Don't ever go to this restaurant. We had a reservation for 27 people on Saturday night. We arrived to find the place closed (!!!!) with some sign on the door indicating that they had a technical problem. They didn't bother calling me to cancel the reservation - they just left us hanging. We were forced to try to find another restaurant that could take a last minute reservation for 27 people on a Saturday night!!!!!!!! Thanks, Mongo's for your basic decency and courtesy. You just lost 27 customers and then some.

Horrible experience!! Beware, even if you share one spoon of your food with your friends/family, there will be eyes watching you from all around. We eventually ended up paying for 3 soups and salads because two of my friends just wanted to taste the soup. The food and ambience were good but with this kind of customer service, I'm afraid Mongo's grill won't be getting repeat customers.

I have been to a Mongolian Grill restaurant in another country. I like the concept and so, when I stumbled across this one in it's infancy, I was excited to stop.The owner is really friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean and well kept. Staff are attentive. There are so many options that it makes it an easy choice for families who have different interests/tastes etc and it's relatively healthy.We don't live in the area and have driven out to Brampton from Toronto a few times to visit this one.The only reason it didn't get the 5th star was because there isn't a dedicated grill for vegetarians (however big or small), so while it is great at having more than enough to choose from for vegetarians, it's not vegetarian friendly in that sense which means we can't visit w/ all of our family members.

Great food, had fun making up my own recipe and it all tasted great. Our server was very attentive and explained the whole concept of the place with a personal mini tour as well. Will definitely eat here again.

Delicious food, delicious. I've been here countless times, introduced several friends and my entire family to this place. We love it, and it's easily replaced Mandarin for our family get togethers. Fantastic concept, atmosphere, delicious meals, and great staff. Definitely worth the price!

This restaurant is great! You have complete control of what you want to eat. Want chicken,beef and pork? Go right ahead! Want to skip meat entirely? You are also welcome to do so! Have picky eaters? Mongos is the cure! Service is fantastic, food is cooked to order. Never cold. Amazing staff. Fun, friendly and family atmosphere. Always first on my mind when I wants something delicious!

It was my first time eating at Mongo's Grill and matter of fact in a restaurant that had a live grill. I have to say I was impressed and loved how you had so many options to choose from. There was no limit on how high you can fill your bowl, so you get the best bang for your buck. You have to try it out and I promise you won't be disappointed, just be ready to eat healthy!

Tony and his entire staff were very helpful and friendly. It was confusing when we walked in, but we asked for some assistance and got all the help we needed. The food tasted amazing, the quality was great, and the variety was something I've never seen before. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family, and I will definitely be returning. THANK YOU TONY FOR YOUR SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD!!!

So my friends and I decided to try something new and headed here. The ambience was great and the food was good too. However, I ordered a soup and salad with my bowl and my friends wanted to taste. They just practically took one spoon each and a bite of my salad. THAT WAS IT! When the bill came around - we got charged $70!!! We were bewildered! We got charged 3 soups and salads and for what? We called our waitress Christen ( who I might add, quite rudely said to us, oh I saw your other friends share

Mongo's Grill Brampton
I absolutely loved the bowl I made ! The hearty meal was extremely satisfying. My sister enjoyed her bowl too. The staff was really nice, especially our server, a small bubbly girl who explained everything and made it really easy to understand. They cooked right in front of us which was cool and fast. I think it's also great for any size group if you can't decide what to eat cause of all the options and a good change up!
