Got scammed by regus, they have not returned retainer almost 1 year has passed, they are going under and seems to be out of cash, do not sign with them!!

I don't recommend this facility if you need a virtual office. I wanted to terminate and end my contract for the VIRTUAL OFFICE but they rejected because I didn't replied them that I didn't want to continue the contract a couple of months ahead. Even it was before the end of contract. If this contract is for real physical office space required, it is okay but this was for VIRTUAL OFFICE. I don't understand how come I had to reply and confirm my contract for Virtual office a couple of months in advance under COVID-19 because everything was very unclear. Even worse, my invoice amount increased under COVID-19 for the VIRTUAL OFFICE rent.
