Ritz Limousines

This company is a joke. We booked them for a birthday with a few stops along the way. Driver was extremely unprofessional from pick up. He was early which forced us out of our first reservation and caused us to wait at the second.. They asked us to prepay for the service which I found strange as well. The driver told us he was going to circle around the block to pick us up from Gothams which he was very early for and because we were not ready, he dumped our stuff at the door and left us stranded downtown. The dispatch was less than helpful and couldnt do anything. We had a larger group so we had to get another limo to take us back which cost us an additional 250.00 on top of the near 700 we had already paid to Ritz. The manager offered me a refund two days later after talking to me - explaining he would like our future business but when I called to follow up, he pretended to not be who he was and was trying to avoid me. Finally told me because one of the people with us posted on social media how unhappy he was to be stranded downtown, he would not be refunding us. Would highly suggest looking for a different company as there are plenty other good ones.Also the BBB is listing this business as no longer in business - protect yourself as a consumer!

Great customer service! We had no issues in booking or waiting for our limo during pickup/drop off. Jay, our driver was very courteous & professional. The limo bus was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend booking with Ritz Limousine.

Amazing experience. I have only used one local company before. Comparing the 2, ritz wasn't cheap by no means but competitively priced but we did get what we paid for. Used the party bus for our wedding, verrrry clean. The driver was good arrived on time and followed our schedule we gave him.

This is a great company, we have no complaints. Made a booking for my daughters prom. The limo was on time, theme decorated the limo for her & her friends, and the chauffeur was helpful. They went above and beyond, we will be booking with them again in the future.

I am appalled at the customer service provided to me by the man on the phone (possibly owner). I was trying to book a bus for my daughters graduation and the man I was dealing with was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I explained to him that he was being rude and he told me to call another company then... wow, looks like they don’t need the business so might as well skip this one folks!

Booked Ritz Limo for a Christmas work party. From the time of booking to pickup time Ritz communicated every detail. Our driver Raj was excellent- exceptionally friendly, professional and also communicated with us as to traffic and delays to expect (we booked our trip from Surrey to Vancouver with a Canucks home game happening). From my experience, I would highly recommend Ritz Limo.

Bad experince. If you are looking for a company to get you to your destination and home on time and safely, please choose a different company. Wasn’t able to leave for half an hour as driver was difficult and unprofessional. After already being late for our event, the driver was driving erratically that resulted in car accident that led to us being too late to for the event and ruined the night. Never checked to make sure everyone on the limo was okay. The company was not helpful to resolve the issues and never followed up.

worst customer service appalling, we tried to book a limo for a graduation and they said “well pass on this request try somewhere else.” so rude for no reason. take there advice and book somewhere else asap.

Great service. One of the nicest buses in town. Very accommodating. My family had a great time. Definitely recommend. Thank you Ritz!
