Gary was very helpful, and very informative. He recovered all my data on my external hard drive. Gave me tips and what company's sell the best products to minimize the chance of this ever happening again. And the pricing is by far more reasonable then geek squad who was trying to charge 700 to 800. He kept me in the loop via text with how things were going on a day to day basis. It only took him i believe 4 total days to resolve the issue and recover my data if i have any other problems with anything related to laptops, hard drives etc im going to gary. Thanks gary!
