My family has dealt with Rob at Neely Auto for years! I have since recently had issues with a vehicle I bought and he helped me out immensely and is continuing to help me out. He is very thorough, and honest with everything. He actually takes the time to explain everything to you and insure that you know what is going on. Great guy, super nice, and great mechanic. My family drives out from Hamilton to be serviced by Rob. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does. This time I got a fantastic price for new summer tires. I've had my fair share of mechanics in the past who have been unprofessional, or try to conveniently inflate their prices (I'm sure other ladies can relate). Needed a safety done sooner than later and despite the fact they were slammed with winter tire swaps Rob was still able to accommodate me. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be using Neely Auto again in the future.

I rate all aspects of our experience at Neely Automotive Services as 5 Star. We needed to have a repair conducted to a vehicle we had just purchased to allow us to drive safely home - which was a four hour trip down the 401. Rob at Neely Automotive Service (who was highly recommended by my brother-in-law who lives in Milton) was AWESOME. Rob knew exactly what was needed, ordered the parts the same day and had them installed the next day. Rob took the time to answer questions with great patience and offered to make sure there were no other areas of the vehicle that needed attention. This was a comfort to us as we were four hours away. The repair was conducted ahead of time allowing us to drive to Milton and return home before the first big storm of the winter - which was great because we were driving a Mustang convertible and wanted to spare it snow and salt.
