Such a nice place! Customer service is stellar there. This place was clean and well maintaned before, now after the renovations they are even cleaner and cosier than many restaurants where you eat! And that's a place where you fix your car!!!Quality of work and attention to details is amazing. So far they have replaced windshields on 2 cars for me, and they rustproof all my cars every year. The second windshield was with sensors and cameras attached to it so it needed calibration and all that was done smoothly and in a highly professional manner. Very satisfied customer!I gave 5 stars to this location 4 years ago, and now I wish I could give them 6 stars!Highly recommended.

Had a fairly critical rock sized divot on my windshield. Marco served me right away in 45mins. Had a coffee with chips , did my work there and voila! Drive away really happy knowing the crack won’t spread!

I had a wonderful experience with Marco and Caroline here. I hope to get my new car paint protection film and I checked with few stores before VitroPlus Dorval, they all advised to do full car film which will cost more than 4000. Caroline advised to do the premium parts which already good enough and the rest, I could apply diamond gloss. The total cost is much cheaper compared to full body and this is a solution which can provide enough protection for my car. They did it quickly with in 2 working days and I checked their work, it was amazing! I like it so much. Caroline and Marc did the job together and I would be their return customer for sure!

Very bad experience on 2023/5/8. I came to here for replace my 2020 Volvo V60cc windshield.1. After finished the job, they made my car very dirty! Dirt on the dashboard, both car floor mats, driver side window inside, rear-view mirror, outside the car…almost everywhere!! I love my car but they treated it like garbage!2. Need much more time than I came to Volvo last year. I left my car 8:30 AM and they said it’s need at least 4 hours! Until PM 2:40 they called me that I can pick up my car. However, the Volvo dealer made it mush sooner, so I can wait at Volvo dealer. Even though the Volvo dealer made the car wash for free! And of course, keep the interior clean!3. I can’t imagine that the total expense is just the same with Volvo dealer!! But I can’t get the OEM parts here!!!4. The windshield edge leaked glue!! They did a very rough workmanship!!5. By the way, you guys scratched my steering wheel! (Where the car horn is) Although the scratch is not big, it feels bad!

Amazing experience with this family run business. It's very rare to find people that give honest advice and take pride in their work, but Caroline (owner) and Marco did exactly that. We will never go anywhere else for glass repair. Great job guys!
