Super unhappy with the length of time in drive through it took 20 minutes causing me to be 10 minutes late for a meeting. I get restaurants get busy but it was a mobile order and the majority of ppl ordered just drinks! Hire more people for busy times of the day!!

They follow a standard criteria that is safe and clean. excellent customer serviceI rely on their food and I love the Oat latte,I can't start my day without it. Thank you Starbucks to introduce a new era of latte!

COLLEEN made it a not so great experience. First drink had dairy aand second drink did not. Both venti. First drink was served wronh size. Then was offered whip cream. Said yes to whip cream but was added on the no dairy beverage. Was given attitude at the till after waiting 10 minutes. $12 for 2 drinks. Should not come with that much attitude

Starbucks staff are always great. The quality of coffee is great. The star program is perfect. No complaints,.. unless complaining about a couple patrons that always seem to be there staring at you as you go in making you feel a bit anxious/awkward.

Great place to stop for coffee and something to eat. Really friendly stuff and they work absolutely to the top of customers satisfaction. They get my name always correct.

I would like to make the comment that I have never felt less welcome in any Starbucks that I have ever been to. The store manager at this location needs to be trained on your policies involving companion animals and how to speak to customers. I was approached within 30 seconds of removing my pet from it's carrier (it never left my hands)if my pet is a service animal in an unwelcoming tone (this is an inappropriate question to ask someone) . I responded politly that it is an emotional support animal and kindly reminded her that Starbucks welcomes animals in order to avoid leaving them in hot cars, to which she responded rudely that she is aware of all of Starbucks policies as she is the store manager. If this were the case then why was I questioned for simply showing my pet to another customer? I offered to put it back in its carrier, and she went off into the back after saying that would be good. Needless to say, I left shortly after feeling very unwelcome. I hope she learns from this experience, but I think I will choose a different location to visit next time.

Always friendly and helpful customer service. Was trying to figure out how to apply the Happy Hour deal and they were very patient and accommodating when the Starbucks card wasn't wanting to scan onto the system. One of my favourite Starbucks in town!

Disappointed that there were no vegan options for food. Ordered a beyond meat breakfast sandwich without the egg and cheese, tried to add a tomato was not allowed, then they were out of beyond meat patties.Plus $0.80 for a dairy free alternative is ridiculous. Starbucks is not a vegan friendly place.

I like going to this location but it temporarily closes and does not show it on the app at all. Ordered something today and arrived to find out they were closed.. Had to go to 15th Avenue starbucks and get my money back!
