Jamie and his staff are always great at helping with issues, advocating for those in community and fighting for improvements where they see gaps. I always appreciate their willingness to help and desire to try and find out more when they don't feel like they have the information necessary. Though they can't solve every issue of every individual, they are always willing to listen and try to bring improvements.

Never answers the phone. Has kept us locked down for 3 years straight with no sight of freedom in mind. Like the mayor, you never know where he is or what he’s doing.

Jamie West and his staff here in Sudbury, are wonderful to work with and are very helpful. Jamie supports for the Autism community, he has proven this to me time and time again. Great job Jamie, keep it up!

Not really helpful at all. They took my complaint about an issue and admitted the system is broken that they cant help me. Very disappointed in both the system and this office!
