Ellie was great at cutting my thick hair, took my instructions well and was very accommodating to how I like my hair. Will book in with her again. Amy was great with waxing, quick and got the parts that I wanted the hair removed.

Ellie was so lovely and attentive! She knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn’t describe it very well! My hair looks so nice and I’m so happy with it! Would highly recommend her and the salon, it was my second time visiting and the service is still as lovely as last time!

Fantastic. I'm thrilled with my mullet-style haircut and before and after care, and I had a lovely experience overall.It would be great to see vegan friendly alcohol and dairy-free coffee and tea options.

Absolutely made up with my perm and restyle! Feel like me again. Caroline listened to everything I wanted and delivered ten fold. She has brought back my faith in going to a salon for my perm. Amy was completely lovely and very professional. I’m not one for getting my nails done so she explained the different types of products and pros/cons of each so I knew I was happy with my choice. Appointment went quickly as we were chatting the whole time and at the end my nails look fab

It was my first time visiting the salon, I immediately felt welcome and Lauren saw me straight away despite me being early. Found Lauren lovely, she really listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease, I get very anxious but I felt relaxed.Love my cut, and we discussed possibly colouring my hair, I’ll be a regular customer now I’ve found you ☺️

I chose this hairdresser because I saw that they were nominated for an award which is a big achievement for an independent small town salon. You can order a drink there too, apparently but it was a bit early for me.I was seen by Lauren. A charming friendly young woman. She listened carefully to what I wanted and I was very pleased with the haircut and the finish. I have very curly hair and not every hairdresser knows how to cut it or uses suitable products but I was very happy with the results at Duran's.
