I purchased a canvas for Christmas and the quality could be much much better. Customer service is also terrible! I was waiting in line and after about 7minutes the customer in front of me leaves and the service rep states “ um excuse me the line up is all the way back there “ after he had watched me stand there for at minimum 7 minutes. The customer behind me was the one to tell him that I was there before her and the line up formed. There were two other associates in the glass back room giggling to each other as a huge line formed. Save your money o go to Costco with much better service and quality for photos.

Met a rude guy who doesn’t care for the customers. Zero customer service. The guy who was present at 8:20 pm on February 01,2023 , his ego is much much bigger than him. He should go back to school take How to behave -101. The lady their was nice and polite . Do not recommend anyone to go there. Also , complained to the customer service representative and she called the photo centre and asked for their manager’s number. They refused to give it to her.

Walmart Photo Centre promotes a Ready Next day"" service for standard print-out of pictures... I ordered several pics for my boy school project with 6 days ahead just to be sure. The due date arrives and they are still looking for this order... never found it even having received the email that indicates the pics are ready for pick-up. Very irresponsible

Worst place to take your photos. Worst experience ever. Told me was different specification when it’s exactly the same. Won’t stamp it until I ask three times. Won’t sign it. Ran by a bunch of high school kids honestly I think they just hate Walmart.

Walmarts Photo & Center is run by employees from another company called OSL Retail Services. They are not responsible and have no control over Walmarts policies, inventory, other services, website, or orders from head office. They only deal with what is in store. Additionally, they only take passport photos. (Canadian and some international) They can only stamp Canadian passport photos. Using there photos for anything else will be denied and they are not authorized to do so.

I wanted to put my videos on DVD and one employee told me I can, all I have to do is buy a blank disc and I did and another employee said I couldn't so I wasted my money and I left in confusion :(

Our passport photos got rejected. The photographer seemed like a novice and was very casual and unorganised about the entire process for both me and my spouse. Too much glare which is clearly a criterion for disqualification.Had to take photos again last minute at another photographer who actually knew what he was doing.

Very poor service. Did not process the order in time and not willing to help. They are getting the work done from a third party and when the order is not processed in time they just pass on the blame to them. They hired the third party and they should be responsible for them.
