St. Andrews Towing and Recovery

Cops thought they had the right to impound my vehicle so they called st Andrew's towing from what it looks.like the driver hooked up to my front passenger rim and pulled straight sideways out.of the mud and water and bent the all the a arms and tie rods and some.other stuff the shop it's at agrees with me 100% that that is what happened and all he had to do was hook on to the ball reciever and pull so be cautious are sure.you watch the driver when he is towing your vehicle

3 am, unfortunately went into the ditch, 2 minutes away from their shop and supposedly 24 hour service, wouldn’t send help. Said there was nothing he could do for me.Change your hours to banker hours if that’s the case

was not impressed with my experience with this company, when dropping my car off at my house, they lowered the deck and my car literally slid right into the ground, since my ball joint had broke the driver side had nothing to support the car, so it damaged my bumper, bent my fender, and the side panel was bent. after the car was half off the deck the guy got in the truck and pulled forward and backed up dragging the front end of my car on the ground. he then raised the deck a little and shimmied my car off the deck, letting it fall to the ground. caused so much more damage to my car then there already was. don't recommend using this company!

Always willing to lend a hand to those in need. I was just helping someone who blew out heir back tire and the guys stopped to lend me their own tools and jacks to get the job done easier. I didn't call them they just happened to be driving by and lended a hand. Would call them if I needed my car towed.Also happened to be a Sunday at 10pm so they were totally going out of their way to help out

I really gives props to this company after the service I just received. My 2010 Camaro blew a power steering line and needed a flat deck for the job. I called Dr Hook first and couldn't believe the price they wanted to charge! $95.00 base charge + $2.50 per KM, plus 3 hours wait time. I called St. Andrews Towing, literally 15 minutes later buddy was there and we were good. Price was fantastic and couldn't ask for better service.

Waited 11 days for them to pick up my Cadillac for rodent remediation.Won't return calls sent car elsewhere.

They only care about themselves and their equipment. I have asked them repeatedly to open my totalled car's hatch so I can get my belongings. MPI gave them thumbs up to do so. But all I am told is they are too busy and they could care less about helping me out. Don't trust the guy period if you care about your car or your belongings in it.

Very professional company. Owner is very prompt answering your calls and questions, straight forward and very professional. Had my car towed and returned in the exact same condition! St. Andrews towing takes amazing car of your vehicle while on the lot and during the towing. Highly recommend this towing company!!

On Jan 20/17 my husband and I were driving down River Road in St.Andrews when we hit black ice and ended up in the ditch. The eventuality was St.Andrews towing showed up within 20 mins of receiving a call from a passerby that called on our behalf. The tow truck driver was shocked at how slippery the conditions were not to mention extremely dangerous and yet he didn't abandon us when I'm sure many others would have. Not only did he get us out but the rate was extremely reasonable and I was back on the road within an hour of his arrival.
