Clore Beauty Supply - Eglinton

(March 12 2023) The Store Manager and the staff at the Eglinton town center location were the sweetest, friendliest, and most empathetic team i’ve ever encountered at any other Clore location. I went to the Bloor West Location ( terrible location btw) and they gave me incorrect information regarding my purchase that ruined my bday weekend - i came to this location and the girls were sooo helpful and completely empathized with the situation and did literally everything they could to help me and i am soo grateful. You don’t get this kind of service from other Clore Locations- this is a Gem - Thank you all soo much for helping me i really appreciate it !

Just visited here and the service was just amazing! Kelise who was helping me and my friend was so patient and kind, she helped us get set up with our very first wigs!! As well Ashley has such a great eye she recommended a wig for my friend right of the hook! I’m so impressed with the service here. Definitely will be back to this location! Thank you Kelise ❤️

The team here is great. Nas is my favourite. She's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, great customer service from the team, and a very good variety of products. I highly recommend this location.

I came in a yesterday to get curling cream from here for the first time and i will definitely be coming back. One of the girls alnoudae was so helpful and understanding of my concerns and I felt as though she was a friend. The curling cream was also bombbbb

I came to the store to return the hair product because I got the wrong one. Unfortunately it went against their policy but the manager gave me a full refund. The staff has been so helpful and I had no issues. Amazing customer service. I will be back!! Thanks to the manager again so helpful

I come here often to buy products for my daughter's hair. Have been coming here for years. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the person inside was sweeping and wouldn't let me in. She just tried to ignore me and then signaled that she's not opening the door. Clearly posted on the door that closing was 7pm. I didn't know this meant the staff are trying to be home for 7. I won't be coming back. Honour your closing time.

The first visit was terrible. The second was even worse. No asks you can I help you at the cashier. They just stand stare or act busy. It's the lebovic location. I was ready to spend $70 and just put my stuff back and walked out! Bci is way better! I vented to all my friends and family now it's Google reviews turn

I came by this location earlier this week and will definitely be coming back! The employee,Alanoud was the sweetest girl ever and gave me products I never knew I was missing out on. She even walked me through her routine which I learned a lot from too. I normally never get asked if I need help at this store but she saw me looking lost through the aisles and approached me thankfully. I will be coming back when she’s working!

Came in to buy a wig for my films and videos, and was absolutely stunned at the variety of amazing wigs. The sweet sales girl with very short hair and glasses helped me so much and allowed me to try on the wigs until I found the one. I forgot her name, but she was working in the early evening on Wednesday April 25. She deserves recognition!! I left with a big smile on my face and a gorgeous wig! THANK YOU CLORÉ!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited today to buy an extension or wig, I don't have an idea what to look for and how to pick.After spending 5-8 minutes no one approach me to offer help.Finally, I approach one of the sale people and when I asked a question she did not answer me properly and she just left.And I walk out of the shop.It was not even busy and all the employees were talking with each other and not approaching other customers.
