Rob first got us our mortgage 10 years ago, and we have used him for our mortgage renewals. He always provides good information and doesn't rush through any finer details when we have questions. He always leaves us feeling like we have a good understanding of the processes and changes we make when we call upon his help.

Rob solves problems. Our bank could not find an appraiser in time. Rob knew the appraisal and bank network in our area and personally made phone calls to find a faster solution. I spoke to other brokers, but they were not able to do this. Our area is 3 hours outside of Guelph which shows how versatile Rob and his team can be.Rob is smart, experienced, and very resourceful.
