The staff at the pharmacy are absolutely terrific,, they always go above and beyond to helping and discussing prescription and all covid related inquiries that my parents or I have,,, as life long residents and always using Stewart Pharmacy , everyone feels like family... Terrific jobThe past few years have been difficult on all the services, and Stewart are handling everything/everyone amazingly..

I highly recommend Pharmacist Jin Wei of Stewart’s PharmaChoice in Mildmay. I have been searching for at least a few months for the only over the counter liquid medicine my daughter whom is medically compromised can take. There is a major supply shortage across Ontario for this medicine. I asked our amazing family friend from Toronto if she could check any pharmacies she passed by as she knows how serious my daughter’s condition is, especially without these meds. She went on a mission and stopped at every pharmacy who just said it was unavailable until she stopped into Stewart’s PharmaChoice. She was warmly greeted by Sally who immediately went to look for the medication and also searched online to find out that the company would not be taking orders until July. Finally, we were given a date, but we knew that we had to come up with another plan instead of continuing our search across Ontario. Pharmacist Jin Wei heard them talking about our desperate search and immediately became involved in sorting out what was needed and why. We live over an hour away from Mildmay but Jin went above and beyond by phoning me about my daughter’s medical condition(s) and continued to answer my questions via emails. We discussed how this over-the-counter drug was desperately needed to ensure my daughter’s quality of life and he took the time to discuss our options of formulating, calculating and compounding the medicine. As we talked things through it instantly hit me that even our own pharmacists whom we have known for years have never taken an interest after me pleading with them for answers/ideas and yet here Jin was talking with me willing to help in an overwhelmingly professional, helpful, and warm humanitarian way. Mildmay is unbelievably lucky to have him!!! I wish he worked in Stratford, but I am sure all who are fortunate enough to have him as their Pharmacist would miss him dearly! We have never EVER had this kind of compassion, expertise and concern shown to us and we will be forever thankful to Jin for all his caring and sharing of knowledge. I truly feel that Jin deserves special credit for being there for us in this great time of need so I can ensure my daughter’s quality of life becomes just a little bit brighter and easier. One thing is for sure…. all of the customers of Stewart’s PharmaChoice in Mildmay could not be in better hands and it is an indescribable feeling to have experienced their special treatment. You will never be forgotten! You put this mom and daughter’s mind at ease and to us that is priceless. Thank you Sally and Jin for EVERTYHING! Stellar Pharmacy, Pharmacist and Staff!!
