This store is an absolute joke. It took them over 3 weeks to issue a refund on an item I never picked up. over 3 weeks! For a simple refund. no communication, no customer service, no nothing. just ignored me for over a month. I will never in my life shop at this store again. One star is entirely too generous. fyi you can get better construction clothing at tsc for about half the price.

Really good selection of work boots. I'm impressed with how work boots have improved. So many varieties in a wide price range. Most sizes are on the shelf so you can help yourself ensure they fit properly.

I purchased a pair of boots here and unfortunately a manufacturing defect had occured and they needed to be exchanged. The team at the store did a great job and got me a replacement pair in a timely manner. Thanks Meghan and the crew. It was hassle free swap.

My boyfriend and I came here to find a coat for him. The place is organized and clean. This was a few days before their new Black Friday flyer. I was not sure if it would go on sale and was told I can come back with the receipt and price match and not to worry. Everyone was nice and kind. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. I’m happy wit our purchase and will be back again.

Went into the store looking for work boots steel toe and a young man there help me I wish I could remember his name but my goodness he was awesome he knew exactly what I needed he got me what I needed it only took me maybe 15 minutes to find a pair of boots amazing great store wonderful people that work there

Store move at Fairview mall. The Google should proceed to change location. I drove up and down Fairview Rd for 20 min until I call in to find out were the store is. Is not amusing nobody makes an effort to change address

At first we were frustrated because Google took us to the old location on Fairview. There was so signs saying that they had moved, which we found strange. After a quick call we found out they are now on the mall.My husband needed steal toe shoes for work and we have never purchased them before. Ricardo was a wonderful help to us with all of our questions and we left with a pair of shoes that night.Thanks again Ricardo. YOU ROCK! :)
