we are very happy with the services, Kripal is really good, shes a great help, shes very caring to my grandpa, she goes above and beyond for him, shes very dedicated, we love her, we also really like jean, she is a very caring individual, she always is so kind, we have great conversations and shes so helpful to my grandfather, so i highly recommend asking for them both if needed, there are many great people!! John is also great!

Amazing care at CBI Queensway! I was referred to the clinic after a concussion at work and could not be more satisfied with the treatment I received. Aaron and Miguel were extremely professional, courteous and very easy to have conversations with. They helped me with a full recovery and sent me an updated exercise program to work on at home in addition to our sessions. Jerusha and Jennifer were also great and helped work with my hectic schedule. I have already mentioned this clinic to others and would continue to recommend it to those with physio/rehabilitation needs. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Came here after accident injury to lower and left upper back. The insurance recommended this place. I was skeptical at first but after being here for over a year and though covid they helped out. Kyle - Kinesiologist (left to different location) was tremendous help and great to work with. After his departure Miguel took over and he did not disappointed. Very knowledge helpful and can ask anything he will gladly help. From exercise to routines to incorporate in you gym/ day to day to stretches that help with with the injury.Aaron - physiologist took care of the physio needs for my lower and upper back. He relived my tensions and gave great advice and as well as stretches to do help alleviate the pain and tension. Both Miguel and Aaron were great help in my recovery process. Would highly recommend talking to them. They are easy going and fun to chat with.

Absolutely amazing service!!! Miriam, Anjali, Carlos, Laiqa, Pallavi. They greet you with a smile and kind words. Would really recommend for anyone that’s looking for physiotherapy and other needs.

The staff at CBI were fantastic. Aaron and Miguel helped to get me back to my routines after my car accident. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. Jennifer and Jerusha at the front office were really accommodating and welcoming.Well done. I would definitely recommend this team to all. The place got enough equipments to workout and exercise. Constant issue with psws, won't show up on time, can't do what is required and the office won't take complaints off hours. This is a sham of public money designed to assist the inform and vulnerable. I love how the positive reviews have corporate profiles in their pictures and they sweep complaints under the rug. Someone needs to be accountable. I have recorded my last four calls with the after-hours board and I only wish I could upload them to show everyone what they are going to deal with. It's disgraceful to deal with sick people this way.

Absolute worse physio experience. Only did a bit of massage if that's what you can even call it and had me do excersises that made my condition worse and pushed me to do more. I was approved for more physio and most of my appointments were canceled due to staff shortage then my time ran out. Also told WSIB I'm the one didn't show up for appointments. My new physio I finally have approval for gives me massage heat electrical pads and ultrasound. Huge difference HUGE.
