Woof Wash Mobile Pet Grooming

I've been a woof wash customer for years and typically have Fernanda give my cat a lion cut 1-2 times each summer. She's always super fast, very professional, and does a wonderful job turning my cat into an adorable little lion. My only complaint is that they tend to book up months in advance! 10/10 would recommend.

Francisco has groomed my dog since she was puppy the first time. My dog loves to see him and enjoy her grooming section. Francisco did great job of her hair cut as always, if you are worry about who did great care of your fur baby, I will highly recommend Woof Wash to you.

Fernanda - I had a very poor customer experience. Your service skills were disappointing.I made my appointment a month and a half ago for today. Last week I found out I needed to change my address for the appointment. So I contacted your company to see if I could change it. I spoke to you and you said, (no patience), that you don’t have any appointment with me and that I must have made a mistake.You did not provide any assistance to me or ask questions to learn about my situation. :(Then 2 days before, I received an email saying I have an appointment (I sent you a text, you did not reply because your don't work on the weekends). I was still soo upset that I took your word for it. That you must have been right. That you told me I don’t have any appointment. So I disregarded the appointment.Then your business partner called me to say, “where are you?” And found out that Woof-wash has 2 owners but there is not communications at all between the 2 owners, and were not able to help me to find out more information. If you don't like your job, please don't advertise to have more clients......

Absolutely disgusting unprofessionalism.After years with them with no comment about any difficulties, they cancelled the day before an appointment made a month ago saying our dog was difficult and they'd no longer come. If we'd done that, $50 cancellation fee. They did this to a 12yr old dog with Cushing's. Shame! Now I wonder how they treat the dogs.

The best grooming service in town! Lucio is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make my dog (Lumi) look great and feel comfortable.

My dog was the first time try with woof wash. He end up with happy no anxious. I usually took him to petsmart but the last time he was shaking and even did not walk into petsmart's door. I thought he may gets scared something there so i tried with woof wash. Turns out it was great experience! Francisco was professional. He took and handed me pup gently. My dog clean and happy which make me happy too. I don't know why some harassment reviews made this company looks bad. But my experience was great! Thank you Francisco!

I moved here 6 years ago with an American Eskimo miniature. I didn't read any reviews, I was pregnant so I just loved the idea of having my dog getting groomed at home. My dog just loves Francisco. He handles my dog well. My dog is now 13 and how gentle n caring Francisco is with him is amazing. We just got a new puppy and booked a grooming appointment for him. Can't wait!!

I’ve been using Woof Wash for my cairn terrier (12 years old) and little rescue mutt (15 years old) for years. They need to get groomed monthly. Francisco is patient and kind, and takes his time so the dogs are never stressed. My dogs always look amazing afterward and I can tell they feel good. We switch it up from short and sporty hair do’s to long and fluffy, Francisco can do it all. I love Woof Wash and highly recommend it.

Woof Wash was an amazing experience for our golden doodle! She was groomed exactly as we like in a timely fashion. She was so comfortable the whole time.Afterwards she had a huge smile on her face and was so happy with the groomer. We've never seen anything like this in a grooming experience for our doodle.Thank you Woof Wash! We highly recommend you to all dog owners.The mobile aspect made it so convenient and easy for us and our dog.We will be using Woof Wash again!
