Mobility in Motion | Mobility in Motion is a service-focused medical vendor offering services and home medical supplies in Cambridge and surrounding areas for people with mobility challenges. We help people to be enabled to re-access their world, to get into and out of their home, to get to the mall or grocery store and to interact with people. We have well-stocked showrooms in Cambridge, Guelph, New Liskeard, Goderich, Owen Sound, North Bay and Kirkland Lake to best serve our clientele within the Huron-Perth, Waterloo-Wellington and Grey-Bruce counties.

Customer Service ( I spoke with Crystal over the phone) was informative and very helpful. She provided me with information that I was not aware of with the process of getting funding for a wheelchair for my mother. Patient and compassionate. Thank you!

I'm very upset with the service we have received. We purchased a walker for my mother back in May with an application to the government assistive devices program. We were told we'd not likely get the money until Nov. I heard nothing from Mobility in Motion. According to the government, Mobility in Motion got the refund money in August. I called them in November asking where the money was and was told the cheque's in the mail". A month and two phone calls later we are still told the same thing. How many other seniors have Mobility in Motion been ripping off? How much money have they been "holding back"

We purchased a lift recliner for my dad. Everything about our experience with this purchase was awesome. The expertise & helpfulness of the sales staff was really wonderful. The staff that delivered the chair were great and took time to explain all the features & to make sure my dad was comfortable with the chair. We would highly recommend Mobility in Motion and will go there first for future purchases.

Chris their Service Technician was amazing. With his knowledge experience and expertise the ordering and delivery of our electric wheelchair was painless. He cheerfully answered all our questions to get be sure our needs were met. He popped by right away when asked to adjust the joystick sensitivity. He speaks clearly and explains patiently. One can look forward to doing business with him.Previously Sharon the owner helped us get the right walker with extra braking, our first foray into ADP devices, also a painless experience.They are also both on great terms with Sue Parker our gem of an OT; that cooperation and respect is a necessary part of the equation, right?’

I have been dealing with mobility in Motion for about 8 months now for batteries for my scooter and repairs. I have to say the staff and the people who come out to service my scooter had been very friendly and helpful. crystal has been so helpful and had told me things that I was not aware of such as funding from ODSP. I just want to say thank you to everyone!!!

My experience was excellent. I went in for a fitting and purchase for compression stockings. It was very informative for me.And I have a follow up on how I am feeling and the fit of my purchase. Mobility in Motion
Purchased a wheelchair for our mother in Guelph and needed follow up modifications. The LHIN took the necessary measurements in June 2019 and told us they did not receive a call back from Chris Rose in Customer Service at Mobility in Motion. We were relying on Chris Rose to order the necessary parts and carry out the modifications. It is now September 4 2019 and there has been no response from Chris Rose to multiple emails or voice messages from either myself or the LHIN Occupational Therapist. I would rate this company at a negative 1 if I could. Hard to understand how this can happen in an industry that supports vulnerable people.

Horrible place. I have a Traumatic Brian Injury. They installed a raised toilet seat, someone sat on it and it broke and she fell off. Imagine after me being in the hospital for 5 months- to slip off a toilet seat and hit my head? They also accused me of taking the back strap off the walker I was given. The lady who helped me was rude and super unprofessional. People coming into her company are those in need you think she would have a nice bone in her body. Please go somewhere else.
