Purified Water Store

Great service and price. I go to refill my water once or twice a month and somehow they remember my name! I am always helped with the door and offered help carrying the jugs out.

Does anyone know if this store sells natural spring water? Nobody picks up the phone

The best water in Mississauga! We have been buying our water from this store for over 10 years. We have installed several of their water purification systems over the years for many happy customers. This is the only water we use in our house for our family. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely bad business ethics. I have been a client of this store for more than 10 years. This store is under a new management. Recently, I had been in touch with their employee and owner about my reverse osmosis system. I mentioned that there is no water coming out of the faucet despite having bought new cartridges from them. After explaining the situation, the owner called me and promised that he would make a visit to my house to diagnose and change the tank if needed. Despite several promises at different times, he never turned up and instead cancelled the appointment at the last minute. I had waited for over a month from the first time I visited the shop and talked to the employee. Eventually, I managed to get the issue fixed from another water supplier within the same day. Bad service and in my opinion not the way to do business. The company has just lost a loyal customer and I will never go back again.

My family has been going here for 10+ years so the staff is familiar and friendly. The wait, if any, is short and the service is good; they help you bring the water to your car without you having to vocalize the request and also provide delivery services, which is really helpful for my family and I as we get 5 bottles each time. The water here is not hard, which is more than I can say about other water purification places 3 minutes from me, so it suits my taste. Pricing wise, I have the large water bottles from them, and you can definitely get it for cheaper if you have your own bottle instead of getting theirs, so you have options if you want it. I'll just stick with what I have.

Used to go to Apple Market or Canadian Tire to get water refills, but never again. Started going here a few months ago. Prices are excellent. And customer service from Jay is amazing. It's great to just prepay for 10 refills. Brought in 4 empty bottles, gave my phone #, and left with full bottles. Quick and easy and convenient. Everyone should go here.

The owner of this place is the most arrogant and rude persons I have even dealt with . The first time I saw him get rude with another customer I thought he had certain condition. Then I realized that no, it was just the way he was, a rude arrogant person. I have been there a few times and I prayed that I did not have to deal with him till I did. When he was rude I had had a long day at work and did not have the time or energy to get in to it, so I just turned around and left. It a mystery how he is still in business. I think it the people who work there who are really nice. I have moved to an other store nearby who are easier to deal with. Look it up on google maps you should find a lot of other water supplier around.
