I never had a water damage claim before so I was a complete agnostic. I was in good faith and, when my insurance suggested me as their preferred repairs company I went along.Boy! Did I make a big mistake. First red flag, I had to chase them just to submit an estimate. They must have some kind of front phone operators that know nothing about your case and just take messages. I must have left dozens of messages, nobody ever returned my call. I resorted to emails and got back a generic responses every once a while.They put estimate without consulting with me. They never explained or responded to me. I was about to leave the country and I could never reach them or have them reply to my emails. Gave up on them and hired another contractor.Worst experience in all type of interactions with all kind of businesses in my life.I will never ever use them.

Zac was on site and always on time and did an amazing job during this time of distress. He was informative of the tasks being done as well as the time lines. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance on any of these matters.Thanks again and amazing work.

Ernesto Key is by far the worst contractor I have ever encountered. He is incompetent, negligent and lacks integrity. He makes up stories to avoid responsibility.He was dispatched by insurance to deal with damage to our house and left the house in many ways in worse condition than he found it in. it took him 3 months of “working” to resolve part of the issue and his delay and negligence caused a bunch of new issues that he refuses to address.Absolute disgrace that he is allowed to work for this supposedly reputable company that charges high fees.

The loss occurred on November 11 2021, DKI were quick to respond and get fans/dehumidifiers running and assess damages. It all went downhill from there. Communication was poor, response to remove equipment was poor, it was only when I threatened to leave the fans out on the street that they were removed. We told Shannon when the damage first happened that we were going to the US in the first week of January and he said it would all be done by then. We delayed our trip as the work was no where near complete and eventually in March we said we are going and that the work would have to be put on hold until we return in July. On our return I advised Shannon that we were back and the work could be completed. It was completed after about 3 weeks. There has been no walkthrough or defect inspection done since completion of the work. I would not recommend DKI for ant restoration work.

Great work was done, with a friendly, and personable touch. Very informative, and willing to take the time to discuss any concerns or thoughts.

My claim process was made much, much more challenging due to DKI. I was contently chasing them to get work completed and my personal belongings returned. One item was lost by DKI. I was often commenting that work was not fully completed and asking for it to be done fully. No employee seemed to be familiar with the area of the flood (whole basement) and were always unprepared. One person was sent to remove large rugs from the basement; we had to help remove them and were almost not able to due to the weight. The team showed up at times and days which were not agreed on. My main contact was dismissive to me and didn't return messages until I contacted my adjuster indicating nothing was completed. Would never want a DKI contractor in my house again.

Our first contact with your company was Mike Jones, it was a very good interaction from the beginning. Both Nick & Josh who were our main workers were personable & professional. It is apparent in the work performed by both workers. Mike was great to keep in touch & let us know how things were progressing & he had no trouble in answering any of our questions. We are very happy with the final outcome of our repairs, & absolutely would recommend others to use your company for any restoration they would need to have completed. If we needed any other work done in our home we would not hesitate to reach out to hire your company to provide that service for us. We called DKI due to damage to our roof(s) after a windstorm. They were punctual, professional and very helpful. And they saw to it that the repairs were completed and done right. Great management and staff.
