Expensive,and snobby staff...made for the Bobo borough of mile end with all the trending food trends like gluten free.

Managers accused you of stealing if you are not French. Mad suspect staff. Old and grumpy too.

Great selection and quality of food products! Nice service at the cold cuts counter: recommended a capicollo (coppa) and tasted a very good bresaola Canadian made!Good selection of Quebec wine bottles.

Super supermarket. The fruit and vegetables are top quality. There is a nice deli, a superb selection of local and imported cheese. The meat and the fish sections are very attractive. The shelves have a wide selection of gourmet" style food. The staff at the different counters is friendly and helpful. It is definitely a bit more expensive than the average supermarket but everything is top quality. This is where I do most of my shopping."

Not only are their prices outrageously high, their delivery service is atrocious to put it lightly.My roommate, who is an elderly gentleman(73) with mobility issues, had to walk back to the store to get his groceries for the second time in ten days.Both times, after paying for his groceries, and giving the cashier his info for delivery; address and phone number, the delivery person claimed the address didn't exist and didn't show up. Nor did he call my roomie or the store to get clarification.If the driver told anyone at the store, nobody from the store called to clarify.My roommate had to call the store to find out where his food was-HE'S DIABETIC-only to find out that he had to go back to the store to get his groceries because the driver was gone for the night or wait until the next day. He needs his food and HAS to go.It's been snowing and raining in Montreal as you know, if you live here, and it's horrible walking around. I know because I have severe problems with my knees and also have mobility issues, but not as bad as my 73 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN roommate who had to walk back to the store, through heavy slush and ice to get his 3 heavy, full grocery bags, then walk back home.Luckily, this time,(but not the last time it happened) an employee gave him a ride back. What if they wasn't there and he did indeed have to walk back? The poor guy was struggling to get the groceries up a flight of stairs.If he had told me what was going on, I would have fetched his groceries for him no worries. But he's a proud independent man and wouldn't accept if I asked.In this day and age, this level of customer service is absolutely disgusting. There are better places to shop for my food and I'll be sure to avoid this store like the black plague.

Expensive. Service is not really good. I try not to go, but I do sometimes because it's conveniently located.

I was not going write a review until I met the manager! Often shop here because it’s close. However recently I bought few things are already bad. I didn’t bring back because it’s not a lot of money and it’s hard to bring my babies.Again I bought a pack of chicken and when I open it it’s already stink! I finally went to return it and talked with the manager who act like I am wasting his time. He just want to leave…. There is no sincere apology only excuses：they can not see the inside of the fruits…. Or the chicken was just arrived! I shouldn’t even bother to talk to him! Waste time. Will never go again!

Good quality produce but very expensive. Staff doesn't tend to be very knowledgeable or helpful. I would guess they should be paid more.Not the best grocery store from making things from scratch. They are missing lots of baking and culinary ingredients for such a big place.

Bought two packs of mashed potatoes and they were rotten. Items are overpriced, staff is not very helpfulAvoid at all costs
