Bradford Progress Childcare Centre North

My children were at the East since they were toddlers and they have always been very well taken care of. Progress prepared them well for kindergarten and we continued in the before and after school program. The East centre has a wonderful location with a large grass area . I would highly recommend Bradford Progress.

Horrible parking lot. Rude, power hungry supervisor. I was told there would be no problem changing the week days that I sent my daughter. Weeks later I get an angry letter saying I have to pay for the days that my daughter went to the daycare plus the days she didn't go. This person was not interested in even talking to me about how several people had said it was no problem to change days. Her opinion was pay or get your kid out of here. She didn't care which. Really horrible employee. Plus they lost my daughter's belongings when she finished Daycare. Her blanket and her backup clothes, diapers and shoes. And the outdoor play area is just a little pen with nothing for the kids to do.

Doesn't change diapers, my nephew was here for 6 hours and didn't get a diaper change. Went here for over a year and it happened a few times.

My son was at Progress as a toddler now he is at before and after day care in J. de Brebeuf. Staff has been always great, very carrying like a little family. Emily, Krystal, Lakwinder, Jaylene are awesome.
