We are so grateful for K9 Balance and recommend them with the highest satisfaction. They have given us our lives back after adopting a very reactive rescue who was exhibiting signs of fear aggression. A vet recommended that our best option would be to put our dog down, even though he showed such sweet mannerisms and a willingness to learn. They worked with us over several months to both give us the skill set to work with our dog and understand his needs properly, as well as training our dog in an environment where they were able to safely introduce him to many stimuli. Tucker boarded with K9 Balance for six weeks and truly came out a more confident, happier, and communicative dog. They have helped create a system that works for us and our dog, and has allowed us to introduce him to new surroundings and people safely and successfully. They truly understand the behaviour and needs of animals, as well as the complexities of dog ownership, rescue, and rehabilitation. We will be forever grateful to K9 Balance and the incredible work that they do for dogs and their owners.

Apparently a zero star rating is not possible on google. Actually, if there was a negative star rating I would have awarded it thanks to the heartless human being that contacted me after reaching out for help. If you have an extra $15000 laying around feel free to contact them for behavioural training. If you don't, prepare to be ridiculed. Nothing but a cash grab/scam if you ask me. You shouldn't have to be rich to save a life.

I am not sure I can say enough about this amazing facility and the two amazing people who run it. Justine and Josh, THANK YOU! I waited a while to write this review as both my husband and I wanted to really see a change in our Australian Cattle Dog, Indi. Indi spent almost 5 weeks at K9 Balance and he came back a calmer, smarter and a more confident and obedient 18 month old puppy! We had challenges with Indi when he met some new people and he got a few nips in when he wasn't suppose to and his recall wasn't where it should be. Indi now greets people with ease, listens better, gives plenty of kisses and loves to share his toys with new people. We continue to work with K9 Balance and they are so helpful with any questions we have. They truly want the best for dogs and their owners!

My daughter's two dogs Charlie and Scout are now on their way to Australia. It has certainly been a journey.For the past few years my daughter has used K9 balance for training which has had outstanding results and then boarding while preparing to move to Australia.I can't say enough about the care given to Charlie and Scout. They are such well adjusted and happy dogs and I must credit this the Justine and Josh. Today both dogs will be starting their journey to Australia, but this could not have happened without Josh one of the owners of K9 Balance. He has gone above and beyond to make sure the dogs made there many Vet appointments in Toronto and spent over 15 hours yesterday in Toronto with the dogs to help ensure all gov't documents were in place for their travel and acceptance into Australia. If not for Josh and Justine and the help and care given I truly believe the dogs would not be on that plane today because of all the red tape and restrictions. I would recommend K9 Balance 100% . Thank you for what you have done for Charlie and Scout. You have made my daughters dream of getting the dogs across the world during this unpredictable time come true. You are both Josh and Justine amazing!!!!!!!!!
