Dr Yahya is a good doctor, but the receptionist and waitlist is the worst I’ve seen. Maria (the manager at the reception) is so rude and treated me like I wasn’t a patient at the clinic. When I called to confirm my appointment (because they never called me), she hung up the phone in my face after yelling at me. Then when I came to complain about her, she proceeded to yell at the other workers for talking to me.

Impossible to get hold of receptionist or get a call back. 2 weeks I called every single day 10-15 times. I live far from Milton so for me to go and make appointment is not possible. They should hire more receptionists.Dr.Dean is the best and always very helpful.

Practically impossible to get hold of the receptionist or to get a call back.Only way to get an appointment with the doctor is to visit the clinic.Now it is much better, the receptionist is very responsive and specially Dr. Deen is very caring and knowledgeable.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 5 years now. Though Dr.Hajas is a great doctor who is able to listen to any issues I have & address them, the front desk staff always makes my visits negative. The last poor experience I had with the front desk team was last week when the lady whom I was speaking with on the phone was being very rude and short with me (I was calling to confirm my appointment time). Like mentioned, I have been coming here for years and still the staff will not call me by my name.It’s unfortunate as I like this doctor but the people who work the front desk make me hesitate ever coming back.

I had the same doctor from birth till about 29 years old, i was nervous about finding a new doctor but Dr deen is the best doctor iv had. He goes out of his way to make sure you taken care of and actually cares about his patients.the entire staff goes above and beyond in my opinion. couldn’t have found a better place and would suggest to anyone in need of a doctor

Reception is lacking at this clinic. Dr Deen is wonderful, unfortunately you will never get an appointment to see him as the clinic receptionist does not answer the phone or return messages. (I haven’t received a call back 4 days after leaving 2 messages for an appointment for my son) I’ve had to find a New Doctor.

Highly recommended! Megan and Dr. Deen are flexible, helpful and genuinely care about their patients. Thank you for all you do!

New to Canada. Having heard all the horror stories floating around with health care in Canada, we guess we are very lucky to have found Dr Deen. We are able to reach our doctor for appointments and get assistance in short notice. He is very swift in getting our issues addressed. We are very satisfied
