A Facebook group recommended this company when I reached out for help, and I'm so glad that they did! One of their technicians, Nick, came and worked on our air conditioning system and installed a new thermostat. He was not only very professional and knowledgeable, he was at our home as long as was required to resolve the issue for us, regardless that it was late in the day and the sun was going down! He explained everything very thoroughly as well. Excellent work and from now on we'll be using them to service our AC. Highly recommend!

Great service, good customer service. Quick response to our email and calls. The estimate was done pretty quickly and turn around to do the job was good too. On the day of, they were punctual. They did a nice job changing our gas line.

Service was good. Technician was knowledgable..the reason for low star is only because he sold me a capacitor for my AC for $100 which is $20 max online.

After contacting 4 other HVAC/Mechanical companies in Rockland who were unresponsive, we hired Kooltech Mechanical to connect our BBQ to the natural gas line at our home. They suggested a safe convenient outlook which provides a quick connect and were able to install very quickly, professionally, and affordably. I would highly recommend Kooltech Mechanical!

Had to call them for a gas leak and hot water issue. All techs and admins were super helpful, personable and did great work. I've used them a few times at residential and commercial properties and have never had an issue.Also, the new documentation they provide when they fix something is extremely useful should future work be required.

We ask Kooltech to do a verification on our air conditioning and heating system. They came over rapidly and were on time the day of the visit. They acted professionally and cleaned after the verification. We were happy with the expertise they demonstrated.

They were pretty quick to diagnose the my AC issue, and even managed to get a part in on short notice. I tried searching to see if I could grab a replacement part (condenser fan) myself, but the only options were US-based suppliers with limited stock and long shipping delays. Price comparison wise, it didn't make sense to try to get one shipped as it would cost nearly the same as having Kooltech order it AND install it! Easy win for me.
