Its been a great experience working with D&L, they have been responsive and very helpful with all of my inquiries. I have zero regrets buying their 1020 Swing blade, its fast and effective.

D&L builds a high quality sawmill that produces very accurate material we also have the slabber attachment the planer head and the sanding attachment and they also perform very well, the owner of the company Lindsey has been over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied, anytime I have any questions or concerns I can contact him directly and it is 99% of the time less than 1 minute.before he replies to me I truly believe that the company owner to customer service relationship is unparalleled in The sawmill company business I don't see how it could be any better extremely grateful for their entire crew for what they do they truly do care about their customers.

D&L Timber Technologies making a real Canadian product the real way in Canada!I ordered my saw just before the start of COVID .Delivery was as promised even in the midst of chaos of supply, labor and everything in general.At 68 and in business for 30 years I can honestly say these guys are one of the best suppliers.No need to go on and on, they are the perfect example of solid homegrown with decades of experience and quality . The product I uncreated is everything stated.Winter 2021 was “mill build winter” . New 20x38 ft. Lean too on the shop, overhead track-winch and winch to haul logs in. My wife and I have a busy stable and farm property, cut and use lumber for our own arena, sheds, fencing, barn and buildings.

Awesome support and communication prior to signing the deal. A horrible experience since we did in April. Minimal communication, emails not responded to, incorrect information and a partial shipment arrived broken. We lost a full season of milling. Supply chain delays are understandable. Covid delayed many things. False information, unanswered emails and insults are not. In 30+ years of business I have never had an experience even close to dealing with this company. After weeks of delays, they eventually told me via email the unit was ready to ship and requested full payment. It was only AFTER we paid in full that the story changed and we learned the unit was not ready to ship. I have a hard time believing that supply chain issues were unknown to D&L prior to us placing the order. Also, we had been told that D&L would contact us prior to shipping. They did not. Instead, we received a call from a freight forwarder who thought we were a shipping company. When the unit arrived, parts were missing. Eventually I reached a very rude individual at D&L via telephone. The individual claimed to be an owner. In speaking to the individual and upon insisting we receive answers, I was called a jerk. I found him so unprofessional that I I asked if I needed to file in court to receive support'. The individual stated that I didn't scare him". I was also told that I was "lucky he answered the phone after hours". Disgusting and we feel extremely deceived. I'm praying that we don't have warranty issues. The supposed owner did (eventually) send a few emails in rapid succession. This was after we were ignored by D&L and insulted by him. We wish that if this had been an owner

Visited D&L during a trip to Lac La Hache in 2021. Was impressed by the team's capabilities and swing blade saw design, the founder's story, and the tremendous thought put into almost ever facet of the operation. This firm is on its way to becoming one of the areas top employers, and one day will be a destination for other visitors wanting to learn more about this important Cariboo born company.

I’ve been running my D&L 1020 super pro for a year, and it has been a very reliable and productive mill. Customer service has been prompt and satisfactory. I run the mill just about every day sawing everything from pine and poplar to red oak and white oak, and the accuracy is as good or better than the bandsaw lumber I have seen.
