Very impressed with the level of service offered here. In a jam being out in Ontario and I couldn't believe how promptly and quickly I was assisted. From start to finish, under 1 hour and kids were safe. THANK YOU!

I called to get my car key cut, & was met with an abrupt No... fair, i thanked him and hung up. He then called me back over 1 hour after inquiring what i needed done. I explained i got a blank key from the dealership and i need it cut.. no programming needed. I was then told he wont do any key cutting or programming on a amazon key". At this point i was no longer interested in spending my money @ this business.. as i was trying to end the conversation i was asked if i wanted to book and that it would be over 100 dollars.I went to another locksmith and was treated with basic respect and my key cut within 5 mins for 16 dollars. Bad day or not.. treat your inquiring customers better."

Brian's service was excellent. He came at the appointed time, even calling me in advance to make sure I wasn't waiting. He not only explained what needed to be done on the door in question, and was able to repair it promptly, but also graciously checked all my other locks and noticed a potential issue. He explained how to repair it easily that would not cost me a huge amount of time and money. I appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me feel safe in my home.Thank you Brian, your number is always on my fridge!!

Expensive!!! Rip off!! He wanted 250 to 600.. I got a key for 30 dollers at a store next to micdonalds on the south end .. I did have to get my insurance papers to Toyota though I needed my key vin # (free).. and bring it to the tow company .. starts with a G cute little parking lot by the micdonalds on the south side... all service gave me 1 option pay him 300 to 650. SUPPRISE I got 2 keys for 40.25. He is nicer the others, one sed it would be 2000. My name is Morgan James soderquist
