Wow what a terrible service. You call the number and it is automated and says enter 4 for a directory, so you press 4 and then it says it did not recognize the entry and then starts all over again with hello. So you wait and it says please stay on the line for an operator, and then automatically hangs up on you. I have tried more then 10 times now and always the same thing. Government sites always waste your time. Government of Canada website is also terrible to navigate as you can never find a number to speak directly to a person
