Super service. Was there within 25 minutes. Hauled my truck and 30 foot trailer and set me up with a great repair shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks again Darryl.

Darryl (apologies if I misspelled) and his son are absolute heroes. After a completely random tire pop on the highway, the car rental service (Budget) essentially told us that they had no options for us as all of the nearby outlets were closed. We were over 3 hours from our hotel and did not believe we had a spare. (Read: screwed)The team at Arbuckles not only found us a replacement tire in a pinch, found out that we DID in fact have a spare, AND work with CAA and came out to tow us to a safe location where they changed the tire. (CAA also expected a 90 minute wait and because of Arbuckles, we waited all of 10 minutes). They were incredibly kind, accommodating and went above and beyond every step of the way. I could not be more grateful that this happened only 6 minutes away from them.Thank you thank you thank you Arbuclkes. You saved the day!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I called for roadside assistance with a flat tire. Connor was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and assured me they would be able to help me out. Within 15 minutes Al arrived, introduced himself and had my wheel off and the spare tire on ensuring me all was well and it wouldn’t take long to get my tire fixed. Less than 3 hours after I made the call I was back on the road with a new tire and at a very reasonable cost. They absolutely made my day with their exceptionally helpful and very friendly staff. Kudos to Connor and Al and the rest of the staff at Arbuckle’s Service Center! Check them out for yourself, they are great!

Used them through CAA and they are amazing, professional down to earth. Will use them again and I will recommend them to everyone thanks for the awesome service.

Always reliable and great service

We had a flat tire outside New Glasgow on Sept 16/22 and called CAA for assistance. Mr, Arabuckle’s son came with the service truck to rescue us. He was the most pleasant young man and was so very careful working around our car.We certainly appreciate the wonderful service and again want to thank HIM for his service. We would recommend this company any time.

Brakes were not working well. Took car to Arbuckles and they replaced a bad line. Cost $300. Next day I had no brakes. Took back to Arbuckles to replace another line and pay another $100. After two trips and $400 I had brakes. Very disappointed with quality of service. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore. To correct Arbuckles statement, I had no brakes the next day after driving less than a 1/4 mile. Today I opened my trunk to find all the lining torn out and not replaced, probably because they broke all the clips. No brakes after they had done a MVI for me a few months before. Talk to management??? What good would that do?? Terrible work, don't take your vehicle there!!

Darrell was fantastic. Broke down outside Truro. Fast and efficient and got us to our hotel. Highly recommend this company.

The gentlemen at Arbuckle's Service Center were fantastic!! My sister in law and her son and a friend of the family were stranded east of New Glasgow because of a blown tire. They were quick to send out a wonderful gent to look at our vehicle. They took great care of us and showed us what was going on with the vehicle. Thank you, gentlemen, for making our travel disaster into something more fun. You made our day.
