I went in the other day to have a tire plugged. The tire is only 3 months old or so, lots of tread. The guys were friendly enough but after waiting for an hour they came out and told me my tire was “no good”, there was a screw and it was in the sidewall and he couldn’t get it out.I had them put the brand new spare on the good rim and put that on the truck. No problem.I had an issue with the fact that they tried to keep my tire that was “no good”. I took the tire home and got the screw out in about a minute and I’m going to put a plug in it myself, it was nowhere near the sidewall so I feel like they just tried to scam me out of a perfectly good tire.I think they assumed cause they didn’t know me and I was a younger guy in a brand new truck that I didn’t know what’s what and tried to take advantage of me.

Brought 18” aluminum rims to Valley Tires to install on the winter tires I purchased from them, when it came to have them installed they told me they don’t have the rims and I was out of luck and $1000+ of rims.

Friendly enough. Fairly quick service. People behind the desk seemed rushed, and want to do their business with you quick. Almost come off slightly annoyed if you're not on top of it.

Always friendly and helpful staff. I look forward to dealing with them.

Exceptional service!! Once again I have had a great experience at valley tire. I came to them with a very specific idea of what I wanted for new rims for my SUV and they went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. I had chosen a set I loved and as they placed the order for me , found out that they were unavailable. Then , over the course of the next week , they were able to help me find a set theat I loved even more than the originals . ( and at an incredible price!!) There are not enough ways for me to say thanks to all the guys at valley tire, who take all the time you need to make sure you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and I will be back !

Last evening on my wayto Bridgewater I had a problem with my car. It was making a rumbling sound in the front wheel area. I checked my wheel lugs and they seemed to be OK. This morning I took my car to your business. The 2 men on the service desk were very polite, obliging and sympathetic to my situation. They checked out the problem told me what was needed and I was quickly on my way.
