We saw some signs nearby showing off this website and decided to check them out. We ordered online and these amazing products showed up by mail quite quickly. I would like to give a good review but I can't. I ordered my mask in August or September since I heard great reviews from my friend about this company. It's now Feb in 2021 and I still haven't gotten my mask. The initial delay was my bad because I forgot to put down my apartment number for my address and it was returned to the company so I do not blame them for that. But from the emails I have received so far, it hasn't even been shipped yet evem though I gave them the correct address (back in 2020, I think in October). Since my package just wasn't coming in, I asked for a refund because obviously I don't want to be paying for nothing. I was refused the refund and now I have no idea if I will be getting my mask at all. I am quite dissapointed and had such high hopes because I genuinely thought this was a good brand. I hope nobody else receives the same experience as me.
