Mississippi Jack's Car Wash and Auto detailing

Great place. Bays are clean. Wand washing is exceptionally affordable compared most others I have used in the Park. Water pressure is strong and the soap brushes are super soft so won't scratch your car's finish. Can't highly recommend them enough.

Not very good pressure in the bay i used, didn’t even slightly remove the dead bugs from windshield or front bumper!!!

I had my vehicle fully detailed, and I was extremely impressed with how it turned out. They had my vehicle for over 6 hours (I was advised it would be this long when I booked an appointment). They clearly spent considerable time actually cleaning it, not just having it. When I got home, I had a friend ask if I got a new car as it had that look. This is the first time I have gone here to get my car detailed, but it will not be the last. I found the owner and his staff to be incredibly polite. Customer service seems like it is lacking in many businesses, but that is not the case with this business.

Too overpriced!! $$$ I rushed and still had to pay $13. Which didn’t even clean my vehicle completely… there are touchless washes that are cheaper

This is a hidden gem in Sherwood Park. I highly recommend this place. Friendly local run business and they were very pleasant/accommodating to deal with. Their service exceeded my expectations. You get way more value compared to some other car washing places that charge way to much. My car is just as sparkly on the outside as it is on the inside. They even helped to shampoo/clean my ceiling. The detail job they did for my car makes it look good as new (considering our SUV is 7 years old). Thank you so much. Will be back again to support.

This wand wash will rip you off. It was first and last time i have visited this place. Charged 10.40 just for a normal wash. I can wash my car the same way for $5 on other places. Or i could have gone through a touchless one for the same price. Moreover their spray hose is not aligned properly

This was my first time to the business after being recommended. The detailing itself was amazing, but the front end guy couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone for the 5 minutes I was there. I had no idea where to pick my car up and he was too busy texting that finally I asked him to show me, still while he was texting the whole time. Didn’t tell me anything about needing a coin to get out, so the guy in the bay had to go get him to let me out. When customers are in there, put the phone away! I don’t know if I’d come back or recommend anyone to it, solely for the poor customer service on his end. Also, their Facebook page says they do overnight detailing but when I called they said they don’t do that, so maybe time to update.

Come here often to wash my car, no problems and they've even updated their car wash bays. Price is reasonable as well.

Great dog wash! The soap is a bit strong smelling but mild on dawg so just use your own soap but enjoy the warm water for your pooch! Up to and incl large breeds, probably not giant tho. Car wash was excellent also!
