Alexandria is a very whole hearted lady, the thing I like most about her is that she is professional and yet it also feels like you are speaking with a friend during the session. There is no judgement, I personally feel fuller after leaving her office. I would recommend her to anyone, she is one of a kind. These days it's very difficult to find a counsellor to connect with, Alexandria is always welcoming and warm when speaking with her. I personally started seeing her a few months ago and we've already covered so much. So if anyone is looking for a counsellor, she's the one I would recommend.

I have been to several counsellors - Alexandria is the best. She will not answer your questions with a question as many do - she will actively engage in issues and barriers you may be facing and give her viewpoint too. Time just flies and she usually gives more than 50 minutes as she is so passionate about helping you. And yes, she has helped me a lot and I am now where I never thought I could be. I've done both couple's and solo counseling with Alexandria. She has been fantastic with both scenarios.In couple's counseling, she did a great job of learning about both of us, and was fantastic at helping one person provide context and information that they otherwise might not have, allowing the couple to communicate and work through issues better.She is also good at challenging the language people use, ensuring they're being productive while airing their grievances.For solo counseling, she has been great at providing resources to help me continue working on myself outside of sessions. She's also great at asking questions about my situation(s) or event(s) in a way that allows me to see another perspective.I really appreciate the kindness and care that she shows in our sessions while still managing to keep me looking at other perspectives and giving me opportunities to continue growing/improving as a person.

Alexandria always provides great insight into my on-going therapy and is highly personable. She makes each session feel comfortable and relaxed and it always feels like a weight has lifted off my shoulders after speaking with her. She has helped me work through a lot of tough decisions I have had to make and my journey towards healing. I highly recommend her services!
