Donnelly Ford Lincoln

I recently purchased a 2022 F150 from Donnelly Ford in December, and my overall experience was excellent. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I recently had my first service appointment (June), and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The level of service I received was nothing short of amazing, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Unlike other dealerships I've dealt with in the past, Donnelly Ford truly made me feel like a valued customer. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable dealership. They have definitely earned my trust and loyalty. Hopefully they are able to stay at this level for a long time.

Really nice experience, was there first thing in the morning, Saturday, first come first serve. my first time using Donnelly Ford Lincoln, doing oil change. Great customer service, fast, and they also gave me a discount as a first time customer. They didn’t over sell things I don’t need, told me my car was in good condition. Very satisfied and happy. Will use them again.

I had an issue with the control assembly pump for transmission just two months after the warranty expired for my 2020 Ford escape. Unfortunately the part for whatever reason was not covered under the transmission warranty as it sits on top of it. Donnely was able to get the car in right away and assess the issue Because the other places were saying it would take at least 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to get the car in. They fixed the problem quickly and I got the car back on Monday after taking it in on Thursday the previous week. After talking to the manager luckily Ford covered 65% of the repair costs due to the post warranty support with Ford. Certainly wasn’t happy to have something like this happen but it was a relief to get it done quickly and with financial help from Ford. It was a part that controls the auto stop start of the motor in his new vehicles. Hopefully Ford can remove that from their future vehicles going forward. I do appreciate the quick turnaround so I could get back to work as I heavily rely on the vehicle with my hitch to transport a trailer.

I’ve only had my truck for four months so getting my tires changed was my first experience with their service center side. They were extremely accommodating, offered an Uber ride to where I needed to be and finished the work very quickly. The customer service was outstanding!

Eli Boustany and the sales team are great. They listen and understand my needs, they are responsive and follow through on what they say they will do. Best of all I got myself a great truck!

Great service! I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here. They were polite and communicative and were able to get my car diagnosed and fixed in no time. It was a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of service places that only care about taking your money.
