I had a long service for my car and chose to wait in the dealership. Alexandra Ward, Service Advisor, was friendly and helpful. She offered coffee and explained what additional work was recommended. My car was ready at the time expected and also washed. I am very pleased with the process and service. Thank you.Christine

Recently did my C service here for my 19 WRX, Cory was very pleasant and easy to chat with. He asked and also explained the details of the service, and also organized Uber drop off and pick up for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received.I've been to this dealership a few times now for oil changes and now my major C service. I have not interacted with sales staff other than the parts counter. The parts counter folks have also been great, I generally ask to get quotes for upgrades and they are always willing to look things up for me.

My experience with Budd's Subaru was excellent.I had no previous experience with that dealership and live in a different community. They facilitated my dealing with them even though my rental of an existing auto was with another dealer in my home location. I was given credit for the fact that my trade in had increased in value. All these details were done by Budd's. The auto was ready to go when I arrived and adequate instructions were provided regarding various features on the auto.I found the staff members with whom I dealt to be friendly and helpful

In less than one week!!In less than one week, Erick made a miracle and did everything possible to get me a Subaru Impreza! It was unbelievably great to do all the process with him, from the first phone call to the day of pickup, Erick was always on top of the game making sure that every detail was perfect, as well as he did two years ago for my parents!Deeply thankful for this!

This dealership has given me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced (whether a restaurant, retail, bar, bank, ect). I've been in here to shop for a vehicle and experience great service from their sales team. I have purchased parts here and had excellent experience. I want to give a special shout-out to their service department. Robby, Cory and their team are always extremely professional, kind, accommodating and friendly. They're always willing to help and extremely knowledgeable (especially for someone like myself that isn't very knowledgeable about cars). The mechanics always do an impeccable job. We had our battery die 4 times and had it towed to Budd's. Cory called shortly after and let us know it would be tested and would call me within about an hour and a half. An hour and a half or less later, he called me back to let me know that it was indeed a dead battery and said it would be covered under warranty. From start to finish, the process took only a couple of hours. Each time, Cory was super friendly and courteous. Thus alleviating a lot of stress. I was very happy with the service! Thanks so much Cory!!!

This was the third time to visit Budds' Subaru for maintenance service, which was not too bad. The staff were kind and well explained about what I asked. Also, I liked the shuttle service, and finally, the latest infotainment software was updated for my Outback. Thanks a lot!
