The NPs are great. The pharmacy not so much. Literally takes days to hear back about getting your order filled. Use Pocketpills- they don’t use Canada post and their customer service is great. Unfortunately they don’t do the one med I need from Felix, so I am stuck waiting (third day now I’m waiting for them to even see my message- what is the service I am paying for?! I’m just trying to get them to fill my prescription.) Most of the reviews on this page are purchased reviews. Look at the accounts before making your judgment based off of those.

I went to Felix because I thought it would be more convenient. I tried to pick up my package the day after I received the delivery notice, but Canada Post couldn't find it. Now Felix wants me to pay $10 to have it sent again. Since I refused, they said it will be destroyed. Now I paid for a prescription I'll never get. Trust me... It's way faster and more convenient to just ask your doctor or pharmacist and handle it locally. Would not recommend.

My first experience was great. Got a skin cream that has been helping.I received a free offer visit after my first so I used it. I had already half did my appointment and even booked a lab date for blood test. I noticed a charged for $99 and asked what that was for because it was suppose to be free. They said weight loss wasn’t included. But nowhere in the offer did it say excluding weight loss. The employee acknowledged that it was an error on their part. It was a bit concerning that it was taken out and I had no idea but that even though. I had to cancel the childcare that I booked to get the lab test done and cancel the lab appointment if I wanted my money back. I’m not sure if I will be continuing this service.

It’s a very professional platform and easy to us. I love the one on one service with the doctor I chose and she was able to recommend a solution to my irregular period and spotting based on my specific needs. The birth control pills worked and are still working perfectly.Also the prescription was delivered within the estimated time with no issues. I’m happy that there’s the option to renew prescriptions easily and push them forward incase you need to travel

Felix is the best experience I have ever had when it comes to getting reliable birth control. I love that I can get all the advice I want and don't have to book appointments around my prescription. I haven't tried any of the other options but they seem to have an amazing portfolio of things they can help with

The whole process of getting my appointment, getting a treatment plan, and having my medication shipped was so easy and smooth. I contacted their customer service to ask them to provide a receipt so that I could write off my medical appointment on my tax return as medical expense, and they were able to do this for me. Very happy with Felix Health!

I cannot recommend this service more highly! I was very hesitant when I signed up. However, I was contacted by my nurse practitioner within 24 hours of filling out my first form. I had a blood work requisition that day. Within 3 days of doing my blood work, the nurse messaged me my results, and booked me a virtual appointment. Within 3 days of my appointment, the medication was at my door. ANDMy insurance covered most of it! Five stars!!!!

I have had an amazing experience with Felix! Prompt emails back and forth and very understanding when explaining my insurance coverage. I am now just waiting for my prescription to arrive and I will be set! Every step of my experience with Felix was great!

I’ve been extremely happy with the service I receive from Felix! I don’t have a family doctor to Felix makes it easy to access the necessary health care I need without waiting months on a waitlist to get an appointment to talk to someone. It’s so convenient it just gets delivered to my door. It allows me to be more in control of my health care!

I am quite disappointed with their service levels. My initial contact ago was almost a month ago and I still have not received my prescription. First my ID didn’t upload properly and didn’t find out until a week later that they were going to close my file. Took several attempts for the system to upload it. Days and days pass before you get a response. Then once you get an opportunity to speak to someone in person, it’s like speed dating. Rushed through what seems like a standard speech. So much so that I didn’t pick up that I had to consent in writing to accept the prescription. Meanwhile I kept checking my account when the prescription would be forthcoming. Only when I reached out days later was I told I didn’t consent in writing. Very disappointed.
