The George

Great building in a great location. Good management, the building is always clean, if there is any breakdown, it is immediately eliminated. Bright, cozy furnished apartments, which have everything you need for life. When I was looking for apartments, it was important for me that they be furnished, bright and in a good location. This is all I found in The George!

Avoid. Did not provide a functional TV, dishwasher, garage remote, or any TV remote. Don’t be fooled by the photos, they don’t provide bed coverings and don’t tell you. And they’ll only show the photos of the most furnished place eg thé photos of the equivalent of my unit showed tables in every corner and mine didn’t have that. Cookware is lacking (no cutting board, baking sheet). They’ll charge you $150 for parking when you can’t get into the garage half the time and end up parking on the street because of the remote that doesn’t work. You change the remote battery, still doesn’t work. You raise it to them and they actively refuse to replace it, and even have the courage to blame you, when they’re the ones who gave it to you broken, and still charge you a parking fee for a space you can’t even use.

I enjoyed living here since 2018, clean room, location is perfect on 17th Ave, all around great place to stay!

Great building in an ideal location for anyone who wants to be close to everything (groceries, gym, restaurants, shops, etc).

The George is a great place to live, they are very helpful with any issue and I would recommend them to anyone

I have been trying to contact someone about renting for almost two months, because I genuinely really want to be able to call it home but no one will return my calls or answer my emails it’s beyond frustrating

We have been living in a 2 bed apartment for almost 3 months now. We have only had a positive experience. The building is taken care of and the apartment is provided with everything needed for a comfortable living.

Exceptional building, well maintained, organized, well managed. For someone who is looking for flexible leasing and furnished apartments, this place is the best choice. The property manager is incredible too!
