After going around in different martial arts and combat sports, I ended up finding Ving Tsun in Montreal. Almost 5 years later, I still enjoy and am as passionate as when I had started, simply because the simplicity of the art makes you learn so much and shaves off the unnecessary thoughts so that you arrive to the simplest answer to a problem.Being a person of science and immersed in complexity, the other side of the coin is quite more effective and saves you time, energy and movement. Not one time have I regretted and in the end, I found much more than just a martial art; I found a family to be part of!At VTMTL, you get more than what you pay for and with 6 classes per week, you get a variety of experienced instructors that pass on amazing knowledge and of course, access to an international community that have a great bond.Give it a try and enjoy the journey!

Avant d'arriver chez VTMTL j'avais déjà quelques années d'expérience dans les arts martiaux. Je croyais que j'avais un bon niveau. VTMTL m'a prouvé hors de tout doute la domination du wing chun. En plus d'être simple et puissant, il devient très naturellement un excellent système d'auto défense. Il y a un Sifu et des instructeurs très qualifiés, mais le club nous ouvre aussi les portes à une très grande famille de gens à travers le Canada, les États Unis, l'Amérique du sud, la Chine et encore. Certain d'entre eux on plus de 40 ans d'expérience et sont toujours passionnés et prêt à partager. Venez jeter un coup d’œil vous ne serez pas déçu !

Classes are full of exercises and drills that will develop real skills applicable to actual combat/self-defense or develops attributes crutial to those said skills which have also a many health benefits.Sounds too good to be true?
